Close and restart the Clear Outside app on iPhone
Update Clear Outside app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Clear Outside iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Clear Outside on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Clear Outside network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Clear Outside Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Clear Outside not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Clear Outside App
1. On android, goto Settings » Clear Outside » click [Force Stop]

Update Clear Outside to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Clear Outside App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Clear Outside » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Clear Outside.

Fix Clear Outside unable to contact server/ Clear Outside internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Clear Outside » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Clear Outside » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
