Garbage software

Stay away from this cheap software and services – we suspect after using it for almost 9 months that this company wants you to upgrade and therefore makes it glitchy on purpose and hard for things to work. The mobile version seems to work a little bit better then that of the online version; overall it's terrible, and their updates only make things worse because they're so frequent and pointless. If you want a consistent and stable app that integrates well and works smoothly, stay away from this. We hate the "send and email" pop-up!!! Terrible design.
Works sometimes

In the beginning I really liked this app however I kept noticing that I would not receive notifications on my mobile device. I would open the application and leave it on in the background and sometimes I would get chat notifications from customers but other times I would not. This is become a frustrating thing as I have a lot of missed chats and unhappy customers because I’m not answering. I would have to open the app and refreshing to see if there’s any shots or messages. I should not have to do this.
I’ve contacted support and every time they run a test it works, but when I have a customer on the site I don’t always get the notification. I will be looking for a different chat application to use on my website.
App keeps glitching out when I get a notification

App is great but for some reason when I get a notification that someone is on our store and I click it it automatically just glitches me out and doesn’t take me into the app, I have uninstalled the app logged out tried everything I can but this keeps happening. It’s super annoying when I get a notification and I swipe on it and then nothing happens.
