Now the wiki page which used to take less than a millisecond to load on most robust networks hesitates. Same with Facebook and other browser test. I try to replicate on iPhone, pc or other and the pages come right up. Please fix! Paid Tool gave me a ballpark of the user’s experience and now it’s useless.

Very thorough quality checker, if you don't mind burning through a lot of data for a bunch of dudes that aren't paying you for it. As for their coverage maps, they can only tell you about coverage where someone has used their app. If someone didn't have their app on their phone, then it's shows no coverage. That's far from an accurate representation of actual coverage.

As a communications field engineer I like the convenience of using my phone for general testing. For more advanced purposes I would use my laptop of course.

nPerfinternetspeedtest has a lot going for it and is on par with Ookla speed test results. Nice to see jitter data along with the u/d speed.

I do like the ability to specify speed vs streaming and browsing tests. I would like to have an option to taylor the data package size for more lengthy testing

Also a great addition to have in a future release would be the ability to view RSRP0 and RSRP1 dBm data when testing the cellular signal.

my recommendation, have options for file size to be used for testing. These are too short test files you have here for averaging method.. Ookla is a good reference.. also need to expand server locations.. ookla does not give you the option of selecting multiple test streams per your need vs nPerfinternetspeedtest does. This is a very good feature to measure full capacity and throughout potential of a site during busy and non busy hours.. but again, need bigger testing file size..

After using a number of Speed Test tools this one is by far the easiest to use and the closest to the real thing. Most speed test tools use Ping tests to give you some kind of information as to speed of your connection this one goes the distance by using actual phrases and returns a closer figure as to what's really happening with your upload and download speeds. I would most certainly recommend it to anyone needing a speed test tool on the fly!

If all you need to know is how fast your Internet/WiFi set up is then flip a coin, because there are several “speed” apps, from which to choose!
But, if you are looking for a more in-depth, concise, easy to understand look at how your system is or isn’t performing, along with suggestions, then this “all-in-one” performance application is “second to none!”

This is a great speed test app. Very reliable and have never had down time. Much better than a lot of the rest and more accurate.

I used nPerfinternetspeedtest to troubleshoot some slow laggy browsing. nPerfinternetspeedtest allowed me to see the difference using different DNS servers to choose one optimum for my location and not just the ISP's default DNS server, worth a try!

Use the "Full" test for assessing streaming speed. Great for checking possible speeds before a videoconference.

Another great app for line quality tests is MyConnection.

But I always start with nPerf.

I have used nPerfinternetspeedtest in several different locations and it helps to have them all saved. The coverage map helps a lot too when figuring out where things are going to work. Thanks.

Best overall, I’ve tried many to menu test sites and beyond a doubt this is the best, most accurate and fastest service ever. Easy to use, you can choose one test to all three. Do yourself a favor download you want be disappointed.

I used nPerfinternetspeedtest to test my home network for two major changes. I've extended my wireless network throughout the house using MoCA devices connecting my wireless extender. Then a converted all my Cat5 to Cat7 cables. nPerfinternetspeedtest proved that both of these changes were worth while.

Not only does it do speed test it also does performance tests and provides a performance score. Only app I have that does this. Cable technician trouble shooting my internet was aware of nPerfinternetspeedtest. If developer provided signal spectrum pic / info it would have everything.

Have been a long time user of this speed test app and it covers all grounds when it comes to an analysis of what your working with. I wish they would expand upon what they have to be the normal on all electronics

Goes above and beyond any other speed testing app. Found that this one gives you all the information that you need to check the performance of your network. I would highly recommend to any person wanting network performance information.
