Do not use this app!!! I loaded money on this app to place bets on the Kentucky Derby after sending an email to confirm they are allowed to bet the Kentucky Derby from DRF and they responded to my email telling me i will be able to place bets. I get an email this morning saying they are not allowed to place bets for the Kentucky derby but forward you to another site that is supposed to work but does not! What a scam!! DO NOT USE THIS APP. I will now have to call my bank and have my money refunded to be because they don’t answer the phone.

I had $156 on my account as of last night. This morning, i logged in to do my regular Am bets. However, it wouldn’t let me bet at all. After i restarted the app and reinstalled it, it wouldn’t let me log in. It also says my my account (using my social security and account number) NO LONGER EXISTS?! I’ve been on hold with customer service for over 30 minutes now, please help!
