I played on FanDuel racing for weeks thinking that they were a decent site with no deposit fees. No such fees are stated when you are making a deposit with a credit card or debit card and this is why I chose this site to wager on. Little did I know they were charging me $10 fees each time I made a deposit. Nobody would deposit $50 knowing that you’re going to get charged $10 extra for that deposit. After contacting customer support the representative named Antonio said that their policy is listed and sent me a link. The link the he presented me with was about a 10 minute long read that is not available to customers using the FanDuel racing app unless you really search for it. Please do not even consider using this sight after reading this. They are sneaky and unaccommodating when asked if they could rectify the situation. Antonio was not helpful and essentially made me feel like I should’ve know already.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I was a first time user and opened a chat with support to ask about the first time user promo, which I was told I was eligible for. A day later, my bet settles and no insurance was applied to my bet. I opened a new support chat just to find out that I didn’t apply for the promo, and the info I got from my previous chat with support days earlier was incorrect.
Absolutely ridiculous support and poor way to treat customers, especially new ones. Would not have placed my bet in the way I did had I not been given incorrect information. Waste of my time and money. Will not be using FanDuel/TVG, and highly recommend you take your business to a company that has a better support staff and actually cares about its customer’s experience.

For the last week, service time out. Shuts down every 30 seconds to minute. Also most days where the app doesn’t even open at all. Extremely frustrating. When you’re making last minute bets (and can’t), when you’re watching your bets live and it crashes. Seems unacceptable at this point. No issue at all on regular fan duel. Started going back and using winners instead
