Slow, unresponsive, terrible ad implementation

The app is slow and unresponsive. Full page ads don’t scale properly in the iPhone 14 (likely others) making it impossible to click away the ad. The chat function is turgid, the messaging window disappears and reappears. It feels like the app is so busy trying to load ads in the background that it forgets its primary purpose. In short, I hate it. Will lobby the team to quickly move to a different app.
