The last update is terrible. Now when I try to launch ISUCyclones it won’t load...it’s been a week since the update and there is no fix. I can’t use an app that I pay for...thanks for nothing.

Up to three years ago the radio file playback was serviceable. Then ISUCyclones was updated and for the past 3 years it's ridiculous.

1 - No function is provided to skip to a specific time in the broadcast? Why? This is basic!

2- The player will randomly stop playback, then restart at the beginning. Now you're screwed and you have to listen from the beginning again. This makes no sense. Super frustrating.

It would be awesome if I could play the files on an app that actually functions. However, learfield dictates that ISU use ISUCyclones.

What a bunch of Jokers. Oh, and I pay for this service. Not happy. Not satisfied. Doubtful anyone will respond or care. You should be embarrassed.

Recently bought an iPhone 12 pro max and every time I try to use ISUCyclones, there’s a pop up ad that comes up on the screen and there’s no way to close it to continue to use ISUCyclones ..

The streaming function barely works. It takes forever to load and you can't tell if your touches are even affecting anything on the screen. I'm really upset I paid for this. It needs an update badly.

Doesn’t remember where you were when coming back. Keeps trying to promote other sports that you’re no interested in. No easy way to go to what you want

I usually have to attempt to watch the video multiple times before I can get the video steam to go. I just spent a couple of minutes watching the spinner go and got no video. My internet connection is very fast. This happens pretty much every time I try to stream a game. Not worth what they charge for video!

ISUCyclones is good in theory but it’s actual operation is dismal. For example, I tried for 20 minutes to view Matt Campbell’s Baylor post game press conference. After several attempts, it appeared to finally load but after the 30 second commercial it hung up. This is not the first time. This is a frequent occurrence.

After the update I lost the ability to rotate the screen on my XS Max. Anyone else having that issue?

The start times don’t update. For example, a football game kickoff time is announced early in the week, but you get on ISUCyclones Friday and it still says TBD. What’s the point of going to the ISU app if it doesn’t even have the correct information?

All features are well written and ISU athletic communications staff are dedicated and elite, utilizing and giving ISU students an opportunity to explore and display their creativity.

ISUCyclones has been a blessing for us!!!
We have followed soccer for the last three years including traveling around the country. ISUCyclones has never let us down. If the start times or locations change, ISUCyclones lets us know. It hasn’t been wrong yet! We also use it for other Soccer team info and for watching games if we can’t attend.
I have two additional grandchildren in sports in two additional different colleges. Their apps are not even close to the quality and extensiveness of the ISU app!! It resides on my home page. It’s been such a blessing for us!

Love ISUCyclones! As an out-of-State alumnus, I can stay up to date on the Cyclones from anywhere. I love being able to watch coaches shows on my phone anytime. Keep up the great work. Go Cyclones 🌪!
