Offer Video AD’s that you have to Watch to get Free Items, then tell you the free Trial only lasts 5 Days and if you want to keep them you will have to Pay for them. When You First asked Me You offered 4 Items FREE if I Watched Your Video's. There was No Mention that it was A Trial Period, had that been the case I wouldn’t have Watched the Videos. The Problem with this is you forget you have it and 6 Days Later Your getting Billed for something you didn’t want to Pay for in the beginning. If I wanted your Premium services I would have Bought them when I downloaded the APP. Your APP is Very hard to work, I spend more time trying to Focus it then it’s Worth and then when I get it Focused one of Your POP UP ADS is on the Screen. After it plays I have to Refocus the Screen. VERY UN- Satisfied with this APP. Looking for another App that is More User Friendly and not out to DECEIVE. Will Not Recommend This APP to Friends, Word of Mouth is Your Best Advertisement.

Dark Mode is NOT a free feature on this APP!

False Advertising and deception is what had me choose this APP. You have to pay for the Datk Mode option. I am legally blind with glaucoma, I need the dark mode but this deception has led me to delete this APP because I could not trust that you are trying to access other personal information in charging me for the dark mode option. This is Deception and Trickery. If you will charge for datk mode then just say the charge is $1.99 a year. I am very unhappy and I am concerned if your company has other techniques up your sleeves to access more than just charging me $1.99 for dark mode “premium service” for the upgrade.

I downloaded the app. Then I opened it. Immediately the evaluation pop up appeared. It gave 2 choices—either that it’s ok or that it is excellent. It expected me to evaluate it before I used it. There was no way to get rid of the evaluation box other than to say it is ok or best ever. And this before I magnified a single thing. In my mind this calls into question every evaluation for this app—anyone who uses it had to evaluate it as ok or excellent.
It may be excellent but I don’t know. So I won’t open it again nor will I give even an “it’s ok” since I couldn’t use it. My evaluations mean something and are honest.
