Be patient with this

A lot of my affirmations didn’t start manifesting for several months, most of them not for 8+ months. So I could have easily given up on ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp, but somehow I knew things were changing on a subliminal level and that my outer world would eventually catch up. And it did in “miraculous” ways. Example, one of my affirmations was about how clean and tidy I am (cue laughter from anyone who knows me and my huge struggle with clutter and disorganization). After several months of daily affirmations I felt like I was just “magically” having an easier time keeping my home and office tidy, something that has been a lifelong struggle for me. Now you could say that this wasn’t magic, it was my increased awareness that brought about me coming up with new sustainable systems that actually worked for me. But the magical part was how natural and relatively easy these changes felt, though they had previously been a constant source of doubt and struggle. Too many other examples to cite here. It also helped with my relationship with self and others.

Healing mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually

Many years ago I came across Louise Hays book You Can Heal Your Life, I decided that I was going to record all the affirmations in that book and listen to them when I went to sleep at night and when I woke up and n the morning. The first time I heard my own voice, it was very uncomfortable, however after doing this for 3 months, I had a major physical healing! These were on cassettes and I don't even have a player any more! A friend shared ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp with me last month, I paid immediately and got my affirmations recorded and listen to them at night as I drift off to sleep
And they are still the laying when I wake up in the morning! I love this and I thank u from my heart to yours for coming up with this idea and impacting the world! As an Interfaith Minister and Life Coach, I have to stay on top of my own "stuff" so I can walk my talk and be present for those I am serving. This is so helpful and I have referred many clients to ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp for their healing as well! Blessings and Namaste - Rev Janet Ellis

I’m back at it again

I really liked ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp when I first used it. I think it was in 2018.I recommended it to all my friends and family. I thought it was great! And I’m in a sales business, so I told a lot of my sales friends about this affirmation app!! I used it for a while and I really did see improvement in things that I thought I would never be able to get over. For example, one of my affirmations was about my energy level. I guess saying that I was full of energy, helped me to be full of energy. Anyway, I think Covid hit and I stopped using it. Sadly, when I got back to using it, the price seems to have changed and my original affirmations disappeared or were restricted, because I didn’t supposedly have premium. However, I could’ve sworn I paid for life membership premium. The only thing that I would’ve liked is to be able to find my subscription in ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp . That’s the problem now I’m getting an error message when I go to even look at the premium deal. I really don’t want to delete ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp off my phone and re-download it, ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp Store says it doesn’t have any updates for me. I’m afraid to lose my affirmations permanently. Please help!

Get this app!

I have never loved an app as much as this one. I've never tried incorporating positive affirmations into my life before this and it's making such a difference in my days, my moods, my confidence, etc. As humans, we are often so used to the negative, limited, and doubtful thinking going on in our heads that we don't even notice it anymore. When you incorporate positive thoughts, you really notice the impact! I love that you can use the preset affirmations or write your own. I'm constantly thinking of new things that I want to add and pulling out my phone to type them through the day. It takes barely any time to record them and then I listen while I get ready for the day or I'm driving in my car. It's so impactful hearing them back in your own voice! It's like you're hearing yourself think amazing things and it creates such buy-in. I also love that it's set to music, it really opens your mind and heart. If you're on the fence, try this and really do it for a good couple of weeks. You won't regret it!

Game Changer for Self Affirmations

I downloaded ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp after my Intuitive Mindset Coach recommended that I check it out. I am SO glad that I listened to her.

ThinkUp is a GAME CHANGER for my self affirmations. Having the ability to record myself speaking the affirmations that I write in my journal on a daily basis helps me to reaffirm the power of manifesting my greatest desires.

Also, the in-app purchases are well worth the money. There are several manifestation and affirmation apps on the market that try to force you into an upgrade that really isn’t different from the freemium offer. Luckily, ThinkUp encourages people to think for themselves and offer these OPTIONAL upgrades (no annoying ads or anything).

If you are the type of person who struggles to keep track of developing new habits, then ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp is for you. With ThinkUp, you can track your progress (listening and recording affirmations) over a 28 day period. Why is this important? It takes 21 days of consistent action with ONE thing to develop it into a habit. So ThinkUp created a 28 day cycle so you can be proud of the newfound positive habit that you have created for yourself to become a better, healthier you.

Awesome Concept But Missing Crucial Options!

I’m big into subconscious retraining & was so happy to find ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp to dive even deeper & record super specific affirmations to listen to while I sleep! (I have premium) However it’s missing crucial, very basic features that make me less and less keen on using ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp. For ex, not being able to select more than one playlist to loop/ play on repeat during long sleep sessions, but also not being able to re-organize affirmations within playlists - extremelyyy frustrating when you have a large amount of affirmations & you can only re-organize by searching forever through the “all affirmations” playlist ! So there’s really no easy way to create an uber customized sleep playlist combining various affirmations without having it super disorganized, because even if you try adding from your different playlists to keep them somewhat organized by category… it will put it in the order that you originally recorded, not the order in which you added..?! Pleaseee fix these obvious flaws & keep your dedicated users!

Does not backup

I have been using ThinkUp for at least 2 years. I create my own affirmations. I have a premium subscription. It is supposed to backup automatically. When I upgraded my phone, I lost almost all of my affirmations. A year of hundreds of affirmations and recordings. I contacted customer service. They insisted their program automatically will backup affirmations every time there is a change. It is not true. The recent change to ask for even more money for ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp logged me out of ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp . When I logged back in my affirmations were gone. I’ve been sick recently. I lost all of the affirmations that have been helping me. I lost a year of working with my Self. These people don’t stand behind their product. They are not spiritual or about personal growth . They just seek to profit from those of us who are about making ourselves and the planet better. It’s a good product. It is overpriced for what it is and run by corrupt people, who do not stand behind their product or fix issues when they have been made aware of them.

Now one of my essential apps

First thing in the morning, rather than checking the news or getting on social media, I start ThinkUp. It imbues my day with a sense of purpose and clarity, which is invaluable. Listening to affirmations in your own voice is particularly effective. Over time, those messages, chosen by you for you, become real. You find yourself believing them, and then bit by bit you begin seeing the evidence of their truth manifest in your life. It's a deceptively simple approach, but a remarkably powerful one. Plus, it's a well designed app that functions exactly as advertised. From the soft but cheerful color, to the way the session fades out rather than cutting off, you can the thoughtfulness behind ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp . Highly recommended.

Great Concept

This is a pleasant app. When using this affirmation tool, you immediately feel calmer. The layout and visual appeal of ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp is very calming and soothing. I like the concept of using your own voice and a playback to hear your affirmations. This enforces your brain to create a stronger correlation to the affirmation, whilst playing soothing background music. This creates a relaxing, welcoming experience. One thing where ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp goes wrong, is that you must pay for the full version to obtain decent usage capability. The free version only allows you to choose 4 affirmations to record and playback. Positivity and happiness should not be payed for. ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp should be 100% free. I could handle a few ads before I’d want to pay for an affirmation. You’re better off finding affirmations online, playing soft instrumental music, and recording yourself on your voice recording app on your phone.

Mostly spot-on

Really enjoying ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp . Like being able to record the affirmations in my own voice! Makes it so much more believable. And for any web-reading disbelievers out there I say to you: I see and feel it working. The affirmations pop into my head randomly throughout the day. Not many yet, but enough that I can tell they are drowning out some of my automatic negative self-thoughts. This is a great app.

That said, I do have 3 things I dislike:
1. In free/demo mode there’s not enough full app access to really get a handle on whether it’s having an affect and, since everyone is prone to respond somewhat differently to various therapeutic modes, this, I found, frustrating.
2. The slider to shuffle all affirmations does not stay in the on position between app uses.
3. I like to listen for 30-60 minutes in the mornings. Do you have any idea how hard it is to listen to one song for that long? :/ Being able to listen to multiple songs selected in the song list would be VERY helpful! Perhaps even a slider to randomly select songs in the list similar to the affirmations randomized?
Lastly, I do really like the reminders to listen to my affirmations. I’m generally not a fan of cluttering notifications, yet this one I actually like. Thanks for your hard work!

Look Elsewhere

I subscribed to ThinkUp in hopes of enhancing my personal meditation practice. Unfortunately, I have found over the past couple of months that instead of supporting my practice, ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp has instead detracted from the benefits of meditation.

In spite of having selected “external music,” I have to turn off the included music on every category of affirmations every time I open ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp . If I have 3 categories I want to listen to that day, I have to turn off the music 3 separate times. If I mediate in the morning and again at night, I have to repeat the process all over again. If I forget, the included music plays over the top of my chosen external music.

Also, the timer feature hasn’t ever worked for me. Whether I choose 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 10 loops, 20 loops, or endless loop, my affirmations turn off after 2 minutes. This is QUITE frustrating, as I have to come out of my meditative state to restart the affirmations. I’ve tried everything to get around this and nothing I’ve tried has worked.

I have also tried emailing the “Help” address twice and nothing has happened. If you’re just starting a meditation practice, just know that frustration with ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp isn’t a great place to start and you might want to look elsewhere.

Great daily routine

I’ve just recently decided to start daily affirmations again, did them in the past using the book “What To Say When You Talk To Yourself”. It’s been decades and I’ve really been letting negativity take over my life and decided it’s time to stop that. So I ran across ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp and think it’s genius to record yourself for playback. I love the music in the background and having the affirmations playing every 5 seconds. I put the earbuds in on my shuttle ride to work. It just really starts my day out right. My only wish is that you could have more free access - more than 4 affirmations and more than one free music choice. That would make it even sweeter!

I began using this app two weeks ago.

I was looking for something more formal to keep track of my affirmations. I ended up getting the paid version because it allowed me more space to record. There have been a few bugs as far as the background meditation music goes, but other than that I am quite happy. I’ll also say that the notifications/reminders to check in with Think Up are more frequent than the time you set for yourself. So, sometimes my reminder goes off and I check in, but then I’ll get more notifications later in the day. Not terrible, but I wish if that was the case I could decide when I want the secondary reminders to be set. I usually check in during the morning and before I go to sleep.

Pure genius

ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp has the ability to completely reprogram your life while you sleep. Are
I usually have a normal sleep then wake up a little extra early and use this before my main alarm goes off in an hour or so. I record myself speaking in the voice of my loved one telling me I’m already the things I want to be. Practice makes me get better at. I don’t know what happened to that beautiful binaural beats they used to half so I bought my own healing music from iTunes and I’m able to add it in. Support showed me that I can hit the edit button and arrange the order of my affirmations which is awesome . All I can say is the developer is most kind snd sincere. Thank you.

My new favorite app

This is my new favorite app. I'm going through some major changes and have been experiencing anxiety and uncertainty. ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp is a huge help in changing my mindset and overall happiness level. I have one foundation track of affirmations, another one to help me with work transition, and another to help me feel grounded when I feel overwhelmed. I'm going to soon be recording another track to help me with some health challenges I'm experiencing. I've used many of the delivered affirmations Plus added many of my own. I listen to them whenever I'm in the car and in the morning. These take affirmations to a whole new level.

lost affirmation

I was using ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp heavily last year in a bad time and it was really helpful for me, even as the free version. Today, I opened ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp to replace one of my affirmations (I had 5). I deleted one after long deliberation on which one, and ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp tells me I have already reached my limit when I attempted to add the new one. This meant I had to delete another one (very upsetting to be honest). At this point I’m not sure if I had 5 as a glitch or if the limit decreased with the update. I really wish I could afford the lifetime version and avoid all this, but as a poor person utilizing this very helpful app this was pretty hurtful and disappointing. Overall thank you for ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp but it’s pretty brutal how limited this service is for such a lifesaving goal.

Recorded Affirmations Disappear upon changing phones

I moved from iPhone 6 to iPhone Xs And had 165 recorded affirmations, while affirmations are still there, the recordings are all gone and I will have to re-record. Not a good experience on that front. Otherwise the concept has given me good results.

Update 2/1/20: Today as I re-started my affirmations to cure a sickness (of over a year with no treatment) came across a pre and post recorded voice. Which not only is unpleasant and weird but also woke me up as it’s made to wake you up from hypnosis. There must be a way to turn it off. It’s VERY annoying.
Update 2/2/20: Help came from their developers team. I was able to turn it off. Thank you so much!! 🙏🏼

Excellent app for lawyers who are learning self-care

I’m a A type with a capital A. ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp helps me to let go of old beliefs and limiting thoughts by replacing them with more positive, uplifting thoughts. I love the flexibility of being able to browse for affirmations if you don’t have your own, or want to expand your repertoire. I added a few physical and mental health affirmations I might not have without this resource.

Best of all is writing and recording your own affirmations. Very powerful. I’m already feeling the impact in my life.

In the next version, I hope there’s a way to archive affirmations not would be cool to note my progress along the way.

Absolutely Love

I started using ThinkUp to help create a more positive mindset and wow that a difference it has made. I’ve used other apps and, for whatever reason, just never really ended up using them. I use ThinkUp everyday, I love it. I gave it four stars instead of five, because for the visual affirmations, you are limited to one use a day. If there was a way you could use the visuals whenever you wanted and be able to set multiple reminders for them I then would definitely give it five stars. Still though, I highly recommend it for anyone interested in doing affirmations or for those who already use them on the daily.

Good, but needs improvements

Overall, I like using ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp- it's simple and fairly intuitive and is a helpful supplement to my other methods of improving/maintaining mental health. However, there are 2 things that I think would vastly improve my experience: 1) I'd like to be able to filter by multiple tags at once- currently, you can only listen to one tag at a time. 2) You can set an "auto stop" after x minutes, which is a great idea. Unfortunately, I find that the stop can occur at an awkward point in the background audio. I'd love an option to "auto stop" not only after number of minutes, but also after number of background track cycles.

Think and Grow Rich in an app

The principals behind ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp are based upon the realities that our programming occurs during our first seven years of life. This original blueprint on our subconscious mind is reinforced year after year by our very own voice thousands of times a day. ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp makes the reprogramming of our subconscious minds as easy as typing in your desired result, and pushing a button. Now, we can carry with us our very own internal blueprint for success in life and in business. All we must do is listen to our own voice as we relearn to become our best version of ourselves.

All new music?

Following a very recent update, a lot has changed with ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp. The look and navigation have changed and that’s fine but took me a bit to re-learn. But the one thing that is disappointing is the removal of the old pre-programmed music. The new music selections are lackluster and I’m sorry the old choices are gone. I have the premium version and have struggled to add songs from iTunes. I try to upload a song from my iTunes library only to get a message that I have to have paid for the song? Which I have so..that’s confusing. I love so much about ThinkUpDailyAffirmationsapp so I wish the old music options were still there.
