App will not load tickets says something went wrong
After successfully downloading all previous tix/passes to Google Wallet, including UConn tix, now app won't display UConn parking pass or any future games. Uninstalled app and when I tried to reinstall, Play Store says "this app won't work for your device."??? So I no longer have access to app on my Samsung S8 phone.
I cannot log into the app, but I can access my season tickets through Ticketmaster (from the app). Also I cannot transfer any tickets. The error is “403 forbidden”. Please let me know next steps
The app is not working. It won’t show my tickets or any other UT sports. There is an orange line that keeps running across the top of the page
