After successfully downloading all previous tix/passes to Google Wallet, including UConn tix, now app won't display UConn parking pass or any future games. Uninstalled app and when I tried to reinstall, Play Store says "this app won't work for your device."??? So I no longer have access to app on my Samsung S8 phone.

I cannot log into the app, but I can access my season tickets through Ticketmaster (from the app). Also I cannot transfer any tickets. The error is “403 forbidden”. Please let me know next steps

Close and restart the Tennessee Athletics app on iPhone

To resolve Tennessee Athletics network issues, Reset phone network settings:

1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tennessee Athletics » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tennessee Athletics.

Fix Tennessee Athletics unable to contact server/ Tennessee Athletics internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tennessee Athletics » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tennessee Athletics » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
