Terrible

This app is absolutely terrible. Every time I open it the data is not loaded and it’s just a blank screen. I am unable to get to my tickets for games - which is ridiculous since this is apparently one of the few ways they’ll take tickets nowadays. Carolina needs to fix this ASAP if they’re really committed to online everything.
Ridiculous Amount of Errors

Every time you try to sell/transfer a ticket or edit a posting you run into an error. It is impossible to do anything besides access your tickets. Not suitable for managing a ticket account.
Old app was much better

Why did they change it before they were certain it would be better than the old one? You can't get individual stats during the game, only team.
