Simple to the point.
Pro. 🤗
1. I like how it does calculate your hours/pay automatically.

Cons
1. You only can try a few things before it says “You need to pay. 🤑”
2. After you try a few things then it LOCKS YOU OUT and says “You need to pay. 🤑”
3. When you do go to pay, a SUBSCRIPTION!

Overall VERY sad when you got other programs that
1. Offer a few more options
2. Far cheaper (some for free)
3. Even some, pay one time, and that is it.

I changed my review from 1 star to 3 1/2. I would give it more if there better were ways to customize and manage. That being said this is a GREAT timekeeper for the price. I am a freelancer and cannot afford the project management time keepers out there, but I can trust Timesheet PDF to keep accurate time and I then download the .pdf timesheets and customize them myself. ALSO, the developers have been great with the issues I have had. If you are on a tight budget I highly recommend TimesheetPDF.

I like TimesheetPDF . The only thing I don’t like is you have to pay for the better perks and it does not allow multiple entries for a day. (like a split shift)

App calculates regular shift hours which is great. TimesheetPDF also calculates overtime which is also great. However TimesheetPDF doesn't calculate double time and holiday pay which is a let down. I work a lot more than 8 hours therefore I need different multipliers for OT and DT to kick in for one single shift.

Manually adding over time multiplier , depending on the time and day I get paid differently on ot would be nice to have that feature of changing the multiplier, it was there before

I needed a simple app to clock in/out and email timesheets... It’s easy to use, and provides all of the features I need. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I haven’t used all of the features.
Update: it would be nice to be able to clock in/out of customer jobs throughout the day on the same time card.

I like TimesheetPDF . We are a small business with less than 5 employees but I’m the only one that keeps track of the guys times during the week. TimesheetPDF has been the best solution I’ve found where I’m able to keep track of multiple employees times with different pay rates per hour!
The only downfall I have with TimesheetPDF is it’s syncing capability between TimesheetPDF on different devices. I have it on my iPhone and iPad but I have to duplicate time sheets for my guys in each to keep them organized.

After using it for 4 years, it is still the best - I have looked again. Simple entry, pre-set in & out times (if you want), pre-addressed email PDF of timesheet to boss, room for notes each day...It’s everything that I need and I can opt-out of more detailed things I don’t need. One extremely minor hiccup 2 years ago was addressed by the developer IMMEDIATELY!!! What more could you ask.?.?.

FEATURES I WOULD RECOMMEND TO MAKE IT PERFECT IS. EDITING HOURLY RATE ON EACH LINE FOR DIFFERENT JOBS RATE.

Love TimesheetPDF , I use it to invoice for all my jobs. Wish they would add a monthly option.

Love TimesheetPDF. Best time card app I've tried yet. It's the only one that I've continued to use day in and day out. Very detailed if need be yet still user friendly.

TimesheetPDF works really well I always use this when doing my time sheet will definitely recommend to co workers and friends 👍🏾

TimesheetPDF is very nice, but we need more details to be added for the employees or guests like ID no. ID expiry date also reports related to that

This is a great fully function time card app. It is great for logging my time each day and a short note where I was. I can email to my boss instead of filling out a time sheet.

I was looking for a simple & easy way to keep time and print out a timesheets for payroll. This is perfect! Customer service is excellent as well! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I’ve used TimesheetPDF for 5 years and have never been disappointed. It does exactly what I need and whenever I have an issue they solve it within minutes. I’ve never been so pleased with an app.

It took me more than 20 apps to find the lay out and type of info I wanted to see on a pdf file finally found it and I say the best app if you work in construccion or self employed or run your companies payroll time sheet of each employee. Check it out.
It’s also very good price to use it keep the good work developer.

I love TimesheetPDF! I needed something to record my hours for an employer and had been using manual handwritten sheets.

Now I can record my hours on my phone through the week of and with a single click, this app sends a pre formatted email to the boss with my timesheet attached as an easy to read PDF

I like that it's completely on the phone don't need cloud-based anything
