Absolutely scummy developer

Never EVER give money to a developer that moves the goalpost. If they ever arbitrarily stop supporting your “version” on their app and make a new one, they will absolutely do it again and again. What’s worse is they turned their old free version of PasswordManager into the new app that gets support while their family-share app gets turned into the “old” version. All of these positive ratings are from a time when they didn’t betray the trust of the users and treat them like moronic wallets.

Update: the developer’s response is pathetic and completely tone-deaf.

Great App!

PasswordManager is outstanding. Does everything I need it to do. Free Windows app is outstanding as well. There is one serious issue... Despite stating that the free version can be shared on up the six family member devices, you CANNOT share it under Family Sharing once you have done the in-app $4.99 upgrade. The upgrade enables it to be virtually the Pro Version. Other family members would either have to pay again for the in-app upgrade or purchase the Pro version for $4.99. This is confusing. I contacted PasswordManager store and the developer asking for a refund of the in-app upgrade so that I could in-turn purchase the Pro version and share it among my families devices. I suggest either a clear advisory to those seeking to upgrade from the Free version and use it on more than one device, or, simply eliminate the in-app upgrade feature.

Life saver

I’ve been using SafeInCloud for about 2 years and now I can’t imagine going without it. I’ve convinced my children to use it. They have likewise convinced friends to use it. The only problem that I’ve experienced was with PasswordManager not syncing to the cloud resulting in a few lost passwords but once that problem was solved everything settled right back in. This is a fantastic password manager!!

Awesome

I migrated from Msecure because I did not like version 5 as much as version 3, and Msecure appeared to stop suppirting version 3. Safeincloud is a great alternative. There are som minor issues that I would love addressed. Like, I’d like some more flexibility on the number of attempts for quick login (with the first 4 characters of the password). Currently, only one attempt is possible. Other than minor issues, I love it.

Great App

Great app for saving passwords and other personal identifying information. And the irritating requirement for typing in your password every few times, instead of the fingerprint ID is a very good idea. Because if you forget your PW, you are screwed. Been there folks. So thanks for that. And I like not having to renew a subscription. You buy it and it’s yours.

Great self-hosting option

What attracted to me to Safe In Cloud is the self-hosting of the password vault. Unlike the other major password manager services such as LastPass, Safe In Cloud lets you store your password vault on your cloud service of choice such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or your personal cloud via WebDAV. It’s straightforward to set up and use, provides AES-256 encryption, and it’s cross-platform.

So Much Better Than Keychain

I'd been looking for a way to manage all of my passwords securely across multiple platforms, browsers, etc. SafeInCloud was recommended by our security consultants at work, and after testing it out, I've been slowly changing all of my passwords to all of my accounts and adding them to SIC. The browser extensions work great, as does the iOS app. Thanks!

Love it

I have the pro version and can’t say enough about how this program has simplified my workflow. I have only two devices but had 5, when I originally bought this program. The ability to have everything updated as fast as I enter them as well as always having my passwords at my fingertips is beyond helpful.
This program, the pro version is highly recommended!

Excellent app

I’ve been using PasswordManager for many years. I haven’t had any problems so far. It’s very easy to use and has a clean look. Cloud transfer when setting up a new phone is great. I really like it when PasswordManager makes a custom icon using the actual logo for each website password saved. Paid version is well worth the price.

Lifesaver

I’ve had PasswordManager for a few years now and access it every day. It creates and remembers my passwords across all my devices. It’s easy to use and automatically pops up as an option on my phone when I need a password or is accessible by a simple click from my browser. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a secure way to manage your passwords!

The longer I’ve used it, the more valuable it is

I’ve been using SafeInCloud for many, many years now for both work and personal passwords. It has never let me down and I feel secure knowing that database is encrypted on my own Google drive. I can access my passwords from all of my devices, even my Apple Watch! I have found combination locks to physical padlocks that I haven’t used in years. I can save and recall the answers I’ve created to the “Secret questions” we sometimes have to create when setting up a new online account. And when I’m too lazy to think up my own password, it will create one for me based on my preferred length and complexity. When all my coworkers are stressing about having to update their passwords, I can breeze right through it without any stress.

One time cost, works great

Integration across my devices is seamless. Only downside is the application has to be installed on the phone/computer to autofill passwords. If you need a password on a device you don’t own, you need to read it off of a device you do own. Not a big deal, but some other apps have a webpage you can sign into from any device and get to your passwords that way.

Best Password App

I’ve tried many different password apps and this one beats them all! What I like best about PasswordManager is that I get to choose where my password database is stored from the many cloud options (or even local). My only hope is that iCloud storage will someday be included.

Update: The ability to have multiple databases and switch between them would be great. Keeping work and personal passwords separated would be helpful.

SafeInCloud

I use PasswordManager daily. It is a great app for keeping track of all of your passwords. I really like the ability to store them in the cloud. The cloud storage connects to the cloud storage service of your choice. With this option if you change or add a password on one device it changes it on all of your devices. I purchased PasswordManager on both Apple and Google Play. All my passwords are shared between all my devices and they are all synced so that they are all the same. Well worth the money. Fantastic app.

True can’t live without app

I’ve tried a number of similar apps — some paid some free — but I’m a steady two years into PasswordManager and it’s an absolute top five for me. PasswordManager is one I can’t live without. The simple value and function is immense. Slowly it solves more and more storage and recall problems, and replaces one app after another. I highly recommend PasswordManager to anyone looking for a simple app to store notes, passwords, documents, etc., and it’s iOS MacOS compatible. Try it, you’ll love it.

Using it since the first version. Great app.

I’ve using it since their first version long time ago, I paid for the windows app version, the iOS version, for multiple databases, and what not, because is worth of it. Using it with my own webdav server as a cloud service, syncing between my iPad, my mac, my iPhone and a windows tablet is perfect. I just make every two days a backup just to be sure. But so far everything is going smoothly as usual.
To the developers, just keep the good job. Thanks!

Most User friendly

I have used PasswordManager for many years. I picked it for its simplicity; ease of use; ability to categorize for various needs such as work, school, personal, etc. I like how it identifies weak passwords and can generate passwords. Because PasswordManager can be loaded on several devices and a desktop, it is easy to get to the passwords due to syncing ability, which you can choose where to sync to. There is also a useful backup & restore option. I recommend PasswordManager often.

I once loved it

PasswordManager used to be amazing; however, for about a year or so, it has not updated from my computer to my phone or from my phone to my computer. I have tried everything I can think of, from the settings to the updates. Nothing fixes the problem. Just when I need a password in one location, I realize it’s on my computer and all I have is my phone or the other way around. Therefore, PasswordManager has really made my life difficult at times.

A Must have

SafeInCloud is my most used app and it is amazing. My wife and I share an account so we have all our passwords in one place. When we started we had 100 or so different passwords now we have close to 500 and it never ends. The features are perfect. Reminds me when a credit card is going to expire, etc. neat stuff like that. Allows you to store pictures in an entry that is used all the time, insurance cards, credit cards, bank info, etc. Mostly it is easy to access and copy and paste your info into any site weather in your Computer or phone. Thanks SafeInCloud!

Secure

Love PasswordManager. It keeps all my passwords in one place. So easy to use just remember 1 password to have access to everything. Love that I can take pictures of all my CC, just in case something happens to one I can just look the picture up. PasswordManager is so worth the little effort it takes to add all the information. Love this!
