1. App doesn’t look like professionally made. Kind of cartoonish and not polished.

2. Takes too much time while you click any tab to know current outstanding/card details etc. Annoyingly old “loading card details” prompt.

3. Can’t change profile picture. No option to do that.

4. Can’t use various credit card services from MTBNeo , like switching on/off foreign transaction part, change PIN, change TPIN etc.

5. You won’t be able to see card payment history, bill payment history/insurance history … anything! They just put the tab for nothing.

6. Most of the time MTBNeo is useless if you don't have MTB account with them. They are giving credit cards to people who don’t have account with them, but they are offering apps to handle credit cards which is actually unusable without having an account with them. Ridiculous and pathetic team.

7. You won’t be able to see MTB catalogs rewards privileges MTB partners… anything ! Click anything and they show “no data found ...” !

8. You won’t be able to change transaction limiti to the credit card or supplementary cards.

9. No mail or sms update while you log in to MTBNeo . Big security flaw.

I can post a lot. In a nutshell, MTBNeo should be kicked out of the AppStore for making such a pathetic useless junk app.

After the update, MTBNeo ’s interface appears awkward. Most importantly, I’m unable to log in because the face recognition feature isn’t working. Additionally, I’ve forgotten my user ID and password, and there’s no option to recover the user ID

I can’t pay Ujrah Card USD bill through app. Every time getting payment failed after OTP verification. Also, I can’t receive payment to my Yaqeen Savings Account through NPSB.

I do not need the banking app to tell me Ramadan times, there’s an app for that. Please get your basics sorted first.

I would change my ratings if these are fixed.

Im facing a bug, when I am trying to register for the smart banking app and input my account number, mobile number and date of birth I get an OTP but MTBNeo closes suddenly and I can’t input the OTP where it is required.
Please fix this issue!!

The IOS version of MTBNeo seems to have some bugs. Whenever I try to send money to other accounts as soon as I click the transfer button MTBNeo just quits. Kindly fix this. So far I’ve seen this with every iPhone user.

After updating the latest version, can’t access my account. Uninstalling MTBNeo and again install it and again it shows same login error. Please fixed it soon.

Its been long since the last update i am unable to make any transaction using iphone SE. Auto close whenever i press transaction button. Why arent you solving it. Its been too long and frustrating

It’s a great app but it’s bit slow compare to other app in the market. Also I guess it’s high time for RTGS feature update

Plz. Add an option so user can add their card to apple wallet from the mtb app so we can use apple pay.

Doesn’t display account number from drop down while try to perform any fund transfer (both intra bank and inter bank fund transfer, bKash transfer)

When dark mode is ON in iPhone, account statement is not visible

Before this update sharing transaction screenshots was very convenient, also it masked confidential information beforehand. This updated version lack that feature

I’ve been using MTB Smart Banking for a while now, and the recent update is a game-changer! The new interface is so much more user-friendly and the added features make managing my finances on the go super convenient. More user friendly. I recommend for uses for MTB clients.

This is by far the most easy to use baking app in Bangladesh. Has all the necessary features. The ability to use union pay virtual card with MTBNeo is really great.
