- Address mapping is worse than Google Maps, especially for residential addresses

- Battery drains quickly

- Traffic conditions require internet, which may not be great in outskirts of India

- Locations do not match with Google Maps and alternate routes are not up to date at certain locations

- PRO guidance feature did not work even after payment and poor support

- Weak search feature and needs improvement to become a credible option to Google Maps and Tom Tom.
