Hi I am trying to obtain an ISIC card, i am in the UK but the website crashes each time I add UK, I need this urgently so please advise

How to fix ISIC app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ISIC app on iPhone
Update ISIC app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ISIC iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ISIC on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ISIC network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ISIC app issues:

Force Stop the ISIC App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ISIC app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ISIC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ISIC App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ISIC app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ISIC.

Fix ISIC unable to contact server/ ISIC internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ISIC » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ISIC » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ISIC on android.
