I get a notification if I’m assigned, after I get comment and completion notifications. But I don’t get a notification when a ticket is created, so I will find a ticket 50 minutes after it was created because I have other things to do beside refresh ioffice/serviceRequest. Just send 1 more notification: A Service Request was created!
A lot of potential but likely to fail due to poor common sense, sad site to see.
