This was a fairly long time ago, but I used to use PlotagonStory with my friends to create funny little skits. I even bought multiple packs, including the entire wardrobe and various scene packs. It was very useful for what I was using them for. However, when the subscription services were released, everything I had purchased was once again locked behind a paywall. I tried to restore my purchases multiple times, but nothing helped. Everything was once again locked, and behind different tiers of subscriptions this time. I was, obviously, very upset with this and deleted PlotagonStory then. I tried using it again today, and I still wasn’t able to restore any purchase I’ve made in the past. It was also rather buggy. When I checked the scene menu, it’d exit it by itself without even fully loading everything. But at the end of the day, I was scammed out of my own money, despite it happening a long time ago. I will not be using this program again.

so my sister found PlotagonStory and showed me and, and so i downloaded it and started making a danganronpa v3 skit video thing. All was well until I made a second scene and put some off brand robot character and made another person say something "robophobic" and them replying with "is that a robophobic remark, how dare you!" i went to the original scene to edit his voice and accidentally put him as a character in the first scene. No worries, i could always just put the other character back, right? NOPE! It would be changed for a split second, then I just heard the robot character saying "Is that a robophobic remark, how dare you!" and then PlotagonStory would close. It wasn't a one time thing, the same thing would happen everytime I tried changing the character back, to the point where as soon as i got into the PlotagonStory it would close. I tried it multiple times and even tried restarting my device but nothing worked. I hope you can somehow help me stop this issue and I can hopefully continue making the skit, and not delete PlotagonStory on the first day of having it.

Okay. I have enjoyed PlotagonStory on and off for 4 years or so. I have paid the subscription fee for nearly two years... which is unnecessary. I only paid because many features, that were previously free, require a subscription. Now, whenever I try to use PlotagonStory to continue a story that I started weeks/months previously, I can’t even access scenes that are already in my story because they are no longer covered under the silver subscription! Like - these are things I have ALREADY paid for that are ALREADY downloaded to my phone but I can no longer use the content I paid for because it is no longer covered under my subscription! We’re talking about backdrops and digital images, not a service or anything redeemable! There’s no reason my $2.99 a month is insufficient to access those things! They cost the company nothing to provide to paid users so WHY is it suddenly more money??? By the way - $2.99/month for an app FILLED with bugs and problems is a crying shame. Absolutely greedy on the parts of the developers and corporate agents behind PlotagonStory . Restoring purchases does not allow access to previously owned content either. Honestly, PlotagonStory barely works. PLEASE do not pay a monthly fee to use or access anything on Plotagon... my subscription has been canceled.

Ok, so I’ve had PlotagonStory since like January of 2020, and it was working fine. But now recently it’s been acting up to where every time I try to go and make a character say something, it gives me only a dark screen with a spinning wheel in the middle of it. Also, whenever I try to export something to my photos, it says it’s added, but when I go to add it to Filmaker Pro, it always turns up nothing. Just please fix the problem, I’ve scrolled through the other reviews and you’ve only commented back to the people that are praising your app. Once again, just fix PlotagonStory already, this glitch has been going on for the past two weeks and I’m sick of the stupid spinning wheel. I’m trying to put this in a nice way so hopefully you can respond to me, since apparently I HAVE to send you people “nice” feedback if I’d ever want you to answer in the next decade. For the LAST time, just fix the freakin’ app already and you won’t hear from me again.

PlotagonStory is a beloved one of mine. But the latest update has made it even more difficult to edit. It wasn’t the easiest before, but it was manageable. Now, every time I do anything I can’t see the scene and I have to click “upload” and then return back so that I can see what’s going on and be able to edit anything.

All of the options loosely do what they are supposed to. If I want to make someone receive a phone call, and put in the “cell phone ring” sound effect, it doesn’t let me choose when or where, what scene, or how long it rings for. I’ve been trying to add it to a specific scene and it’s nearly impossible. Plus, for some scenes I can’t have two people in it and still use dialogue mode. I have to make an all new scene where the person is alone for it to be zoomed on them. And we can only have two people in a scene! Also, there are no options for holding any objects, such as a cell phone. Which I could also deal with if everything else wasn’t so impossible.

Please update PlotagonStory, and please make it more mobile friendly. It’s extremely difficult to edit on and I’d like the editing options that are already provided to be more functional.

So I’ve had PlotagonStory for about 2-3 months, I made 2 movies so far. I bought the 0.99 subscription but then my card got removed so it automatically canceled my subscription, I didn’t know my card was removed so I thought it was a glitch and bought the subscription again. I had characters wearing silver subscription clothes even after I had canceled it. I ignored it and went to make another Plotagon story with a new character and I wanted to make my character speak but all of a sudden it crashed. So I tried it again, but it crashed whenever I wanted to make my characters interact with each other. I uninstalled plotagon and waited 10 seconds, and redownloaded it. I created a new movie and when I tried to make my character speak, it crashed once more. I think the subscription has something to do with it crashing. For now I will be deleting Plotagon until this is fixed. I can’t make any stories because it keeps crashing and sending me to my home screen..
PlotagonStory was perfect but this ruined the experience for me,

PlotagonStory checks for a license about every time PlotagonStory is loaded. It does not appear to cache or save previously purchased licenses. Which makes content unavailable for use. I bought the golden ticket and it often loads as if I haven’t purchased anything. I have restarted PlotagonStory and the device and chosen restore purchases from within PlotagonStory menu. Sometimes one of those things will fix it. Many times it does not and I will go days without being able to use what I bought.

I have on 2 occasions now had to buy the gold monthly just to access what I previously bought with the gold ticket. My son who’s autistic uses PlotagonStory daily to express himself and understand how the world works for him. Not having access every time PlotagonStory opens to my purchases is very frustrating to me and even more so to my 9 year old who doesn’t understand why he can’t access the features of PlotagonStory we purchased. Please please fix how licensing works.

Hey, makers of Vyond. It’s been two years or so since my last review and now I wish you guys can do A lot more with PlotagonStory. The height and the weight and the non-face features, you can’t put glasses on a guy if he has a hat on, I don’t understand that. How is… I just don’t get it. I’m planning to do a movie with this and I’m not going back to expensive Vyond aka go animate! Speaking on that, maybe can you update PlotagonStory and make major changes? Even for the ones who got the one-time purchase. Make how the characters look not just from the face. Put more people in more location shots so we won’t have to green screen mirror edit them everytime because that’s hard work for someone who don’t even have time on their hands. In other words, may you at least try to be nearly as great as Vyond? Thank you, hope you get my review. I enjoy PlotagonStory by the way but more improvements can be met with a lot of people.

only 3 stars because some of the free things don’t work when selected. The server doesn’t stay connected and it crashes which causes an autistic meltdown. (No!!! Fun!!!) If the free items worked properly. and the server was accessible. i would pay for him to play with this. however, i’m not going to spend money on an app that lags and doesn’t allow you to use the free options. because if it won’t properly use the free items. what makes me think the paid items will work properly. The Server needs updated and the server data increased for the traffic that PlotagonStory is receiving so it will be maintainable. please update and fix these issues. Also please make more than 2 ppl in a scene. PlotagonStory is a great way for non-verbal, Even limited speaking, ppl to express themselves. i hope they fix these issues so that i can change the rating to what it really deserves. 5 stars.

I think the look of PlotagonStory is cool. Yes there are in app purchases to get access to some of the better scenes characters and styles but it warns you of that. The one thing that is more frustrating than anything about PlotagonStory is how glitchy it is. I entered in what I wanted a character to say and it just gave me the spinning wheel of death. I waited for 10 minutes and still nothing. Closed PlotagonStory and reopened it, still nothing. Rebooted my phone and STILL NOTHING. I started using PlotagonStory on my ipad and it worked better for a moment. I started purchasing the higher packages “silver” “bronze” and more glitches. I’d go to something I KNOW was in the package I just brought and I wouldn’t be able to access it. Tapping and tapping to no avail. Again rebooting my device for it to work. Some of the clothes could use a bit more variety in color choices. I’m giving it a 3 star because again it looks awesome. However the glitches have taken away from the possibility of this being on of the best story animation apps. Because visually, it might be.

Well, 1. It sometimes kicks me out but nothing else from that. Now I'm talking about the content like can we have more characters in a scene because it's just not working for me. Also here's an idea can we have an action for characters to sit down on the ground because for example I'm trying to make my character do a Séance and it just looks weird for them to sit on a bed or seat. And I think it be cool if there were more settings like a beach or in the water so our characters can swim in the background for the beach setting and then we can get a close-up of them swimming for the water setting. And a jungle setting and plane setting. Can we have a prom pack for teens? Can you please take these into effect to ensure people will be happy with these changes I've just said? THANK YOU FOR LISTENING😂😀

I love Plotagon, it’s one of my favorite apps and I spend so much time on it but I think it would be nice if more actions were made such as cuddling, laying down, eating/drinking, facing the other character while speaking, more emotion in the voice, more hairstyles/clothes/accessories, being able to choose your own body type, more facial features, being able to design your own sets, everything not costing so much so people will buy more, more makeup looks, more mustache/beard styles, having an option where the scene doesn’t have to start with both characters to have them in but to be able to start with one and have another walk in, a wider variety of angles where you choose how you want it angled(possibly making the entire room 3D so you can spin around and change your angle from up or down to choose how the scene is shot), etc.

Let’s start off with plots, there are so many you would think at first too choose from with a picture of free plots from a stage to campsite. But in reality There is few, It can sometimes be annoying, but you can download plots which is good. Another thing that I want to mention is the storyline, most of the time I make silly stories that I send to my friends. Something that is a large issue is how I have to turn my iPad on and off half the time I try to get in. Once I do, sometimes it will correct my words to different things like “If” To “thing” it does not make sense on that part. On the other hand, the characters don’t glitch, it actually saves them and more. The final things I want to ask is if you could add things like regular clapping, a jealous face, kicking and a different type of dancing. Thank you for reading this.

Ok so I love how you guys added the classroom for free but if you scroll down the teachers desk and the close up with the two person desks they cost money and we also need the cab to be free for one of the cars because you don’t know what our stories could be aboutSo I want to watch that red car to be free the whole entire car packed actually the whole entire teleport pack to be free and I really hope you see this because these are some good changes oh please add please add new clothes new hairs and please change where we can change the eyebrow color and it doesn’t have to match the hair color and add all at least add the dresses for free and add the new station
Because I was in the middle of a story today and I literally just started it and I had a free trial that my mom set up end it cost money now it canceled today and I’m really really upset about that I need at the hospital so please open the hospital pack please actually can you please open all the packs and remove the stuff that you think people do not use like the cards I mean no no no no no don’t remove the cards remove FX please you can’t really do anything I thought it was overlay but it wasn’t so please remove that and add something different add more new settings for free please thank you

I really love Plotagon but I feel that the prices are a bit too expensive and it’s really a headache trying to create scenes with only 2 characters. I think it would be better to allow the user to place characters instead of using premade spots. I love the variety of music and sound effects but I think we also need to have a variety of movement and character designs. I understand that there’s a way to make it seem like there is multiple people but that takes too much time and will walking animations finally be developed? Sometimes the character expressions are really enjoyable but some are just too expressive, like I want expressions that seem more realistic. And can the camera be able to move by the user instead of certain spots? Don’t get me wrong, Plotagon is fun, I just wanted to tell the developers how they can improve thier flaws to make it a more engaging game

I really like Plotagon, but I wish that you could add more than two characters in a scene. It’s also a headache that you need to pay together more than one free English voice. If it were up to me, I would have at least five free voices that sound human for each gender and each language. The backgrounds are really slow when downloading, and EVERYTHING NEEDS BRONZE AND SILVER AND WHATEEVR. Do you people realize that HALF THE THINGS NEED MONEY!!! I HATE THAT! I know you developers enjoy watching money getting sucked into your bank accounts, but what about us users?
It would also be nice to add animals, ya know? Also when you do add them, don’t make the animals you hate look ugly and mean. And don’t add a million dogs and I dunno, one hermit crab? Not just the basic ones, like cat and dog. I’m talking aardvark to wolf. And why can’t the characters walk move anywhere? Why can’t we pick WHEREVER we want to put the characters? WE’VE GOT LEGS, PEOPLE!
Also, consider adding some props and let us USE the props.
I will be checking PlotagonStory everyday for updates, and I will give it 4 stars for now. I speak for a lot Plotagons users, so developer, please consider. Thank you for reading.

Hey Plotagon, this is one of the best animation apps I’ve ever seen in my life!!! So many characters, so many voices! I love that little update where you guys added the native text to speech voices. When I first got on this... in April 2020, it felt weird, I had to adjust to the awesome 3D characters! I started making Plotagon videos! But I realized something... so I looked at character creator and I saw that there was no snowman mask, or skeleton mask or chicken mask. So I liked at my settings on Plotagon it said: “version 1.37.5. Then, I looked up “what is the latest version of Plotagon”, and it said 1.37.6!!! That’s one more than mine. I have an iOS. Weird right? Also I told my friends about PlotagonStory, and they got it on there chrome book. And there version said 1.37.6. And my is one down, I also noticed that there where more native voices on there’s! But other than that.. this is the best animation app you can find in my opinion. I have purchased the bronze ticket!! Well, bye

I really love PlotagonStory , it’s great for expressing my self, but I wish you would create a type of feed, where we can share our videos. Similar to before. Also, I wish you all would add at least two more free voices that we could use. I have spent money in this game, and I don’t regret it, but the game is unfair to those that can’t afford spending their money on it. To have such an amazing platform, but to have such limited options, isn’t fun. Also, I wish you all would add more free scenes, and maybe add more faces and free hair and clothes. Your app is very fun, and there’s endless of possibilities for it. It might be slightly costly to you all, but these adjustments will bring you more money in the long run. Anyone can make a good app that makes people HAVE to spend money; but not just anyone can create an app that is great, that makes people WANT to spend their money. Add new things, loosen up the demand for money and add some free stuff. Make PlotagonStory more interactive by creating a social feed where people can converse. You could even create LIVE CHATROOMS where people can talk through their avatars through text speech. ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES!

I love PlotagonStory. Honestly, I’ve had it for almost 3 years, since I was just about 8 and it was the best app ever to download! This is where I found my true self, comedic and creative movie making. I find PlotagonStory both a hilariously and smart genre base maker. The only updates that really affected me was the most recent...some of my movies I made about a year ago have this bug where when you first open it, it just shows a bit of the first scene and then the rest takes FOREVER to load and taking most of the fading and extra effects away. I liked to make my movies fade out, and Plotagon helped me with their update about 2 years ago when they made the ‘/fadeoutb’ update and the ‘/slow’ or ‘/blur’ update. I’m just asking if you could take everything back from the OG plotagon, like the subtitles and the character creator that you could go to on the menu. PlotagonStory is one of my possessions, very beloved and will always be. It is my childhood app and I would be hysterical if one day I got a notification from PlotagonStory Store ‘cannot open Plotagon because it needs to update to the newest iOS’ and Plotagon was no longer on my home screen. Also, please update back to the normal store, it’s much easier to shop in than buying an expensive golden ticket with scenes and clothes all at once than buying a few cheap scenes, voices, or clothing/character packs. Please. Thank you, and I really mean it.

I want to be able to make a cops episode from Plotagon a news broadcast etc but they’re unaffordable for me and many other people that want it without a subscription. I would also like to see all the attire in the avatar be free without subscription so we can be able to make our videos a lot easier and I would like to see the Vyond in shape boys dance move kind of like Caillou and Boris would be dancing in comedy world. I would like to also see the jail doors close and for the arrest animation add a handcuffs unlock and lock sound when the person is being arrested. I would also like to see an NYC Subway scene on the platform and in the train in PlotagonStory itself. I would also like to see the characters have a way to be a military officer sergeant lieutenant or captain with the uniforms from the military in the avatar instead of just using a cop uniform I would also like to see a paramedic uniform in the avatar as well and a fireman’s station uniform too. I would like to see a few ambulance scenes a few fire truck scenes and a firehouse/EMS station scenes and maybe an automotive shop scene with a tow truck scene. Please add those and add an NYPD uniform an FDNY uniform and an FDNY EMS uniform.

I don’t know what happened, but in the last month the characters Arms are disfigured where the shoulders & chest meets, and the eyes are weird. It also comes across creepy when they make certain expressions. What happened? Why are there bags under all of their eyes now? When the eye liner options are used it looks runny now, and before it was perfect. It’s just weird. As for the arm/shoulder area, when the character is wearing a tank top or bright colors you see the arm glitch, so that limits the clothing options. I wish I could upload a picture of it. When it said download the update I was hoping that it would be fixed, but it’s not. I don’t understand who thought the creepy eyes and weird arm/shoulder/chest area was a good idea. It ruins the whole look of the video. I don’t get how this is not a priority bug fix, when it ruins the whole quality of the video. It was fine before. I really don’t understand how that happened, & how it’s still not fixed. PLEASE FIX!!! Will change my rating when finally fixed.

Ok, so when I got this all of the backgrounds were free! But then it all of a sudden changed and all of the good settings were for money. 😑 they want me to pay for a white screen. I do think it is cool on the people. But, all of a sudden it stopped working. It is workable, and I guess I’m being dramatic, but I hope you all know you have to pay for more than half of everything. I just wish you could take a break on making things for money. Even though most of the backrounds are only 0.99, if you ad that together it’s kinda pricey. Idk, I do think it’s good for it’s purpose, and has funny fart sounds. And I like that they put a famous quote in it, but maybe make some more things free to use. I like PlotagonStory , it’s ok, and I’ve already made somthing, and I know some of the words on this are spelled wrong, it ok. Not saying don’t get it, but it’s just a request. 🙂

The end result is always great but making it is a pain. Every time I type in dialogue the screen goes up some so part of the screen isn’t visible and I have to press a different box to fix it. When making a new character, sometimes the options won’t load so I have to restart my phone to get them to work. I would also recommend being able to mark or press where you want the character or camera. It can be hard to figure it out. I feel there also needs to be a away for characters to walk or move around during a scene. I also feel that the prices are high and would recommend making it to where you can watch an ad to get that item or voice for one time use (an ad every time you want to use it) and pay the price to use it without ads. I hope this helps make a difference in PlotagonStory performance.

Ok so when I got on. I went to Plotagon k and when I wan bytes to make a character there was a lot of stuff that changed. What happened to a lot of clothes in Plotagon? Can you please change it back and something else. You can’t see people’s Plotagon stuff like the profiles and stuff what happened to that? I liked that because people could leave comments and say things I needed to do better in Plotagon. So please can make it where we can look at others and comment on their Plotagon. It’s just sad! I would get comments on my things and I would change some stuff. Sometimes they would say good job and etc. Please can you just make it where you can see other peoples Plotagon and comment on them. Even the website you can’t even look up videos anymore. When I would look up videos it would give me an idea about what my story would be a like. Can you change it back?

So I have had this game for a couple of months and I really like it! So my problem is that things aren’t downloading like hair and clothes. Once I downloaded the rainbow pack it wouldn’t let me download anything else so I tried delete it but it sadly didn’t work! That’s really my only problem and I hope in the next update that you fix it!(if you even read this anyway). Some of my suggestions are to add different body types and make a mystical pack for actors and sets. Also, you should make it so people can put more than two people in a set and let the person place the actor in the set wherever they want . So, I think this game is great and you should make more apps thx!

I love PlotagonStory! it’s So fun to make Stories and Share it with others! But I have a Few Suggestions but don’t get me wrong I love PlotagonStory and I go on everyday it’s THAT addicting. Anyway. Can you Please Add More Outfits? maybe Like some Overall shorts With a Cute Striped Shirt Under it. or maybe One if those Shoulderless Shirts And Ripped Jeans? please add more clothes. another thing is. More Hair Styles and Shoes..But that’s probably just me. Please add more actions to the character. And is there a Way you can Add more then Two characters? I know there are the Extras But I mean Like another of one of our Creations? Anyway. that’s It for my little “Rant” haha. Anyway It’s a WONDERFUL app! and so many Good people on there. It’s a great app but needs more variety. Like making your own fighting scenes with more than two characters would be great. Also the more than two people thing would make PlotagonStory so much better. There would be more reactions. Another thing is how about making people walk and stand up without having to almost copy the last the scene you’ve already done. That would be way more convenient. Also what about props to pick up or jackets to take off or shoes. You’d want to see the characters do that to. Eating you’d also want to see them do that too. PlotagonStory is amazing, but in your next update you’ll probably want to thing about the little things. The small things can make a big difference in one scene.

I loved plotagon it is diverse in all of its departments, yet needs to be improved. I suggest you guys add more actions like punching, kicking, and more fighting to the action arsenal. Plus better mouth movement as it sometimes lags out and is hard to get it correct. Another thing is adding better quality when saving videos, make it 1080p. I feel it will improve your app a lot. As a youtuber I've found people like hard work and effort in a video. It can be really cheesy, but just needs to be good and have a good story. Overall these are a few things that need to be updated. Plus maybe you guys could add voice overs without having to write anything down. Just some suggestions. Overall a great app!!!

I love PlotagonStory it’s one of my personal faves!!! I mean but come on I have 3 other friends counting myself, and they can’t fit in a booth seat in a restaurant?! Well don’t you think it’s about time to change it!!?? I do! Please make copies of scenes but with the ability to have 4 people! Please!!!! Also I’ve been doing a lot of thinking and I thought “WHY ARE’NT THERE ANY DOGS IN THIS GAME!?!?” The funny part was when I shouted it out loud my dog was like. “ I’m here. Are you happy now?!” Soooo what I’m saying is WE NEED PETS!! So can we have like some hamsters, guinea pigs, turtles? Plus some dog and cats!! PRETTY PLEASE!!!!???? ALSO!!! Can we have like some dance moves and stuff now!!! Ok I’m done wow I just looked at how much I’ve typed....LOL ok I’m done thank you for reading this PEACE!!!!✌️✌️✌️

For all those people who are writing “Too little clothes” or “not enough voices” just focus on the good things in PlotagonStory , sure it could use more free voices but you have two that you can customize with different pitches. This game is great and I really enjoy it, also people who are hating because they can’t verify their email need to grow up. I mean oh no you can’t verify you email, so what? Try again people! They are only saying that stuff because they have a little amount of time to see the potential of PlotagonStory . They probably tried once and just gave up. So that’s it that’s all my rant about haters. And if you can’t verify your email, try again. Please at least try to make an animation

I love this game. Not like the average playing a game. I seriously love playing this game. It’s disappointing when I’m working on a long and fun plot, and the game crashes. I don’t lose anything, which is great, but it’s making the game very hard to play! Along with that, I cannot save ANYTHING to my camera roll. It says it can’t save it when I push the render button! Everything costs a lot but when you buy something new, it normally opens tons of new options. Please just work on fixing the actual gameplay and make it more enjoyable. It would be great if you could read this and write back so I know I’m being taken seriously. That’s all for today
