Shahid stopped working . I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it same issue I see the circle and nothing happens. The second issue is that I am trying to watch Wild Ommo show and it’s not releasing any new episodes I am stuck on episode 4 . I completed watching it twice . Very frustrating and no number to call to resolve my issue . Help
I paid one year subscription. It will not allow me to use Shahid on my computer any reason
Hi, For some reasons you didnt deduct the monthly subscription from my master card, and cancelled my subscription. I didnt make any changes to my master card at all. Im so frustrated with this service, as I think the subscription got cancelled in order to void the discount I had on my account when I signed in two years ago. It happened before that you didnt deduct the monthly payment and at that time I noticed that the payment wasnt deducted from my mastercard and contacted you to process the payment, but I didnt monitor my master card in August. Why I didnt receive any email stating that the payment wasnt processed and why you didnt send me an email to let me know that my monthly subscription got cancelled Is this how you treat your customers?

The idea is great but I assure you; your team is incompetent and outdated. This App has all kind of technical problems and they lie big time. Everything was ok; then all of the sudden they hit you with an ongoing never ending updates that will ruin the App’s functionality. I was sick and tired of this App and their Customer Service now I am OUTRAGED. You could watch everything on this App from movies to series unconditionally; however; for some reason if you live close n the US, you can’t watch close to 70%-80% of what they offer. When you call customer service ; they sweettalk you to death and they apologize for the problem and they make you think the issue will be solved but it get worse!!!!! No one from Customer service will give you a definite answer but they will give you the run around!!! I called their overseas number over 11 times in 22 days and they will place you on hold for an average of 11 mins. I feel like they drag on existing problems without any intentions of solving it for several months and for that I want my money back for a total of 14 months plus they should pay me for all of my long distance overseas calls. I already filed a complaint with the FCC. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH...!!!!!

This app simply does not work. It is also a scam. You start vip series and guess what, the next day it is in the vip collection that requires a subscription. It offers a trial period. You try to subscribe, it tells you that you need to have a dish network or Sling TV account. WHY? You go to try to subscribe to either one of them. Dish Network, you cannot even create an account. Evidently, you have to be a Dish Network customer in the first place. Try Sling, it offers a bunch of US TV channels for free (happy hour). Anything else, you need to subscribe to one of their base packages blue or orange or both. Interestingly, Shahid vip is not listed. You Google it, you can find it on Sling. Long story short, Sling is also convoluted. Evidently, you need to subscribe to Sling orange or blue for $30/month and MAY BE you can add Shahid for $10/month. What a waste of time! What a rip off!!! I only need to subscribe to Shahid not sling or dish network. How difficult can that be? Try WatchIT (one stop shop). Unless Shahid can be available as a separate subscription, it is useless and absolutely a rip off.

During my free trial period, I emailed back and forth with a customer service representative for well over a week since the subtitles for a show were not working. This show was the only reason I subscribed to Shahid. Needless to say, even after a week the issue was not resolved and was not able to take advantage of the free trial period. When prompted with a request for another free trial (as it was clear I was having technical difficulties the entirety of my free trial) I was denied. I was told the only option was to make ANOTHER profile to receive the free trial. As inconvenient as that was, I made another account. I was charged for the “free trial” period. I emailed customer service yet again and was basically told “too bad”. Save your money, this company is clearly only interested in your money even when the service is not working. Very poor customer service experience and will be sharing this experience with other so they can steer clear.
