Close and restart the MSmart app on iPhone
Update MSmart app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MSmart iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MSmart on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MSmart network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MSmart app issues:

Force Stop the MSmart App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MSmart app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MSmart to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MSmart App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MSmart app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MSmart.

Fix MSmart unable to contact server/ MSmart internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MSmart » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MSmart » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MSmart on android.
