How to fix Notes app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Notes app on iPhone
Update Notes app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Notes iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Notes on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Notes network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Notes Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Notes not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Notes App
1. On android, goto Settings » Notes » click [Force Stop]

Update Notes to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Notes App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Notes » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Notes.

Fix Notes unable to contact server/ Notes internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Notes » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Notes » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Notes
