- Difficulty getting it to let me order at the Sonic of my choice.
- Takes a longer amount of time to receive an order ahead order than it does to order in person.
- Workers have cleared the order off my stall screen so that it won’t show that it timed out.
- Payment options give errors or not allow a payment method to be added.
- Fraud issue as the day after I made an app order, my card was used for another sonic app order in another state.
- Accounts are deactivated and cannot be re-activated.

The app says there is an error when I go to pay. I cannot load a card or pay with a card. I cannot use my in app only deals!!
I can add items to my cart but can’t place an order.
The app will let me enter items and use coupons but I cannot pay. This has happened a few times now and I haven’t been able to use any of the offers available only through the app.
I can place item in my basket, and whe I go to check out I get the message “Something went wrong “. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and rebooted my I phone several times. Please fix this!

I can put items in my bag, start the checkout process but it will not let me pay and order. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded multiple items and doesn’t change anything.
