Still being charged for monthly access. Auto pay was NOT authorized. Please refund charges. There is no phone number for customer service.
I want to access my account or cancel my account, you decide. It won't let me access my account through facebook. I want to be able to access my account through a web browser, not facebook to avoid further problems.
I dropped LitCharts months ago and I see you've ignored my request to cancel the subscription and charged me again! And you have no phone number to call. I want a refund for the $59.99 you've charged to my credit card immediately.
