The Youcam app isn’t working. Each time I open the app and try to take a picture, it exits out automatically. I paid for an annual subscription, which expires in Sept 2024. Please refund my money.

The app does not work, even though I paid for the yearly subscription. It freezes every time I try to upload a photo to edit.

I paid for yearly subscription but now I’m required to pay for subscription again in order to use certain features which I already paid for. But when clicked “free trial” it says I alrdy have the premium version. Not able to use features that premium version shld be able to. Emailed but thus far no one got back to me to either fix this issue or return my money back. I am hoping to get a response from you this time.

I paid for yearly subscription but in less than a month I’m required to pay for subscription again in order to use certain features which I already paid for. Emailed and added a review couple of times. But no one got back to me to either fix this issue or return my money back. I am hoping to get a response from you this time.
