Hello, My name is Dariya. I am a user of the CoinKeeper app. In November 2025, I purchased a lifetime subscription in the app for 11,990 KZT. However, I recently noticed that I am still being charged a monthly subscription fee (649 KZT). Today I checked my payments and saw that this charge has been continuing every month. I was not aware of this earlier. Could you please check why the monthly payment is still being charged even though I already purchased the lifetime plan? Not worth it

I have been using the original Coin Keeper app for almost 7 years, and have loved it. Today, I decided to upgrade to this version of the app, and decided to buy the unlimited premium add-on. I transferred my previous data from the old app I used, but it still was as if I’ve never used the app
before— many additional categories were added that I don’t need, the organization of each category and icon was scrambled severely, and to make matters worse, almost half of the icons I can click on make the app crash. This isn’t what I paid $8 for, when I could find another app for free, or, do it all by hand. Please don’t waste your time with this app.
Latest update is terrible

So everything was just fine, the app worked great, I had a paid version with lots of possibilities. Now why did I have update the app several days ago??? - who the hell knows!!! But now it’s terrible! I have adds with paid plans throughout my spending reports, and I have locks all over the place! Arrgghhhh!!! Pulling the hair out of my head...
Annoying Quirks

As a budget tracking tool, it works just fine. But it is infuriating to use. I always want to use it quickly while I am paying at the store and EVERY SINGLE TIME I launch the app it either flips to some report view, or it prompts me to upgrade to premium, which I ALREADY DID. I always have to dismiss one screen or another to track the expenses. Very annoying.
