Download issues

IntermittentFasting worked great until the free trial ended. After I subscribed to IntermittentFasting it worked one day, ever since it says there’s an error downloading try again later. After 3 days of missed workouts I cancelled my subscription and am going to delete IntermittentFasting . I really liked it and wish it would still work. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and that didn’t work. Even turned my phone off for awhile and back on, still no luck.

Good work out

The exercises in IntermittentFasting give a good work out, as long as you don't mind doing the same thing over and over. The first time was great. I can see getting bored with it after a while. I'll need to mix it up with other work outs.
Also, I don't really understand that some exercises are low energy, on the floor, while others have you moving much more strenuously. I always learned not to go down to the floor with your heart rate up, so I did my own higher impact, upright exercises in place of when it said to get on the floor.

I recommend this app 4/5 stars. :)

Okay, I know I’m only a 13 year old teenager and I shouldn’t really be trying to lose weight but I have a bit of stomach fat only on the front of my stomach and I am extremely insecure about it. IntermittentFasting makes me get ready and/or get to sleep faster. Whenever I’m doing it, it makes me feel ready for anything and that’s the kind of rare confidence that I like to have in me. I definitely recommend IntermittentFasting. Plus it’s free and doesn’t charge anything at all when you want to learn what exercises to do to burn many calories. Very good app, I recommend it to honestly anyone.

Needs workout options that focus solely on a certain part of the body

I’ve had IntermittentFasting for two days, and my legs are insanely sore. However, I feel nothing in my abs. I’ve done three routines, and my abs feel the same as they did before I got IntermittentFasting . There isn’t an option to strictly work on abs, or your glutes, thighs, etc. Just things like “perfect body”, “full body workout” and “home sweat”. The routines are great, and I definitely feel it in some areas, I just wish that there were routines solely for a specific area along with the routines already there. Other than that, it’s great.

Best workout app out there!!

I went into downloading this a little bit skeptical, since other workout apps I’ve downloaded never really helped you lose weight. So i downloaded it, did the workouts for three days, and i already had 17 pounds gone! 17 pounds! I totally recommend IntermittentFasting! Not only does it give you good workouts, but it also has a voice telling you when you’re halfway done with the workout and what workout is up next. There’s also a weight record section if you click on the profile head image. You can record your weight changes. IntermittentFasting overall is just so great, and the workouts are awesome. Definitely recommend buying!

Spectacular App

I have seen no inconvenience to IntermittentFasting . Incredible to do on a week day right after sitting down for 4 hours for my online work. Completely free, and so many exercises to do. I have been using IntermittentFasting for a while and I already have seen a complete difference. I am proud of my body like never before. Thank you so much 😊

Best fitness app

I’m just an 11 year old kid and and I wanted to get stronger for basketball and when I had my first time doing and work out I quickly felt my body stretched out and by the end of 6 months for every 3 things a week I will do one and I had an 6pack at the end of 6 months I would recommend IntermittentFasting to everyone it’s very fun and good for your health.

Great app must have

I downloaded IntermittentFasting because I always felt ashamed of my body and my fat rolls and as soon as I downloaded it it gave me really nice encouraging messages, plus it has many different options like beginner, intermediate, And Advanced with disruptions of what they are and it has instructional videos that tell you how to do the exercise plus there is a pause button and you can push it whenever you want I also like that it gives you breaks in between and shows you in a little animation what you were supposed to be doing and what’s next and it’s nice that it tells you how many calories you burned and it’s completely free

This is the only free free workout apps if you know what I mean. It I just got IntermittentFasting and I already love it! It is completely outstanding!!!! It is so easy to understand and you can access everything on IntermittentFasting ! When the description says free but it really truly is free which is the best!!! The best work out app ever

It’s the best!! I’ve had at least five other workout apps trying to find one that actually worked. I’ve been doing these for three days and I’m already seeing improvement. It pushes you but it don’t kill you. Yet...lol. I’ve been really impressed and I love the girl that does it with you at the top of the screen and the count down that helps you. By far the best I’ve I ever had. 👌🏼👌🏼

I LOVE IntermittentFasting! I’m 12 so I was looking for a free workout app since I can’t go to a gym and can’t pay for an app. This is amazing, many different types of workouts for everyone. It tells you how long the workout is, what level, and how many calories you burn. You can even record you weight!! (Optional) You can see which workout you did and on what day. You can also earn badges! 10/10 love IntermittentFasting!

IntermittentFasting is amazing. I love it! The workouts are not to much and they don’t make you super sore when you wake up the next day. It keeps track of your progress I IntermittentFasting and in Apple health. And everything is free!! Also, there are no diets involved. IntermittentFasting also has a set reminder everyday at a certain time. Overall I give IntermittentFasting a 5 star rating. Go try it!! And see your progress

Best Exercising app ever!!!!!!!!!

This is seriously one of the best apps I’ve every used! It is really helpful to be able to see your progress and set goals. You can also set reminders to exercise and I seriously absolutely love it, and totally recommend getting it!!! The best part is that the courses are short and you can choose the perfect one for you!!! My personal favorite is 7 minute sweat. So yeah you should totally get IntermittentFasting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great workouts!!

After doing the exercise I’ve felt nothing but the need to do more! After the first exercise I’ve done (8 mins) I was sweating head to toe and still felt like doing it again. My advice is to listen to music while doing these workouts, listen to the songs that always gets you hyped up and get your blood pumping, then SMASH! that workout and get the body and get to the goal weight you’ve always wanted. Good luck !

Isn’t just to people already fit. Doesn’t sneak a huge sub fee

I first tried another app. It was terrible. All of it’s default exercises were entirely too hard for a novice. Further it wanted to charge a huge yearly fee to have any variants at all.

Luckily with IntermittentFasting I can choose beginner workouts and they push me hard but not so hard I feel like I might have a heart attack even when I’m cheating on the exercise. This one felt just right and I don’t have to work around the system to get exercises for my level. and it’s FREE.

Great app!

IntermittentFasting is so amazing! As a busy mom I usually only have a few minutes of uninterrupted time to workout and IntermittentFasting gets my heart rate up and gets me sweating in a short amount of time. I can’t wait to see the results in a few weeks! I know I’ll look amazing. I’m already feeling more energized and excited about working out after downloading it and trying it for a few days. The beginner stage is more like intermediate to me, but other that that, I have no complaints! I highly recommend IntermittentFasting for busy moms and dads alike!

Efficient and Amaxing

IntermittentFasting provides the right exercises in a relatively short timeframe, which makes it impossible to make an excuse not to exercise. The pop up reminders are extremely beneficial. I appreciate the various interval exercises that gets my heart pumping and my adrenaline flowing. The quick demonstration before each exercise that flows seamlessly into the exercise is also a great touch. This reminds me of morning PT during my military service. Whether you’re getting into exercising, returning to exercising, maintaining your fitness and cardio, etc... IntermittentFasting offers something beneficial.

I don’t usually write reviews on apps but this one definitely deserves one!! Most apps like this are scams. You spend 10 minutes setting up an account, goals, etc. Then it gives a monthly payment and free trial! You’re like ‘seriously’?!?! So, IntermittentFasting is 100% free! It has great exercises. It connects to apple health so you can keep track of everything. Before you choose the workout, it tells you how long it is and how many calories you’ll burn. Just turn on your favorite playlist and start burning those calories! Thank you so much!! Best workout app out there!!😁

Impressive.

I’ve been using this the past few days and everything is well thought out. Levels of workout, time it takes, and amount of calories burned are all listed on each workout preview. They give direct links to examples and a coach teaching you each workout move, so you can learn each element of your workout before starting it. They even have reminders you can set that remind you what time to work out. Everything is free that I’ve seen, by far the best exercise app I have ever downloaded. I strongly recommend IntermittentFasting, you will not be disappointed.

Totally worth it!

Okay, first, I love IntermittentFasting. I used to feel very judged during a workout, and I felt self conscious about if I could do what the other person was doing. Now, with 7M Workout App, it feels so happy, and I love the countdown that they give! It makes me feel less self conscious then ever before! It also makes me feel good! It works you hard, which I like, and it makes me feel happy! That’s super important! It’s so friendly, too! Anyone could do the workouts, (if you can do at least a push-up) and they are super kid friendly! I highly suggest getting IntermittentFasting! It’ll make you buff, and even make you feel happy!

No offline mode, Devs don’t bother to reply when contacted

My workout space is in the basement of my building, with no Internet at all, so I can’t use IntermittentFasting as it wants to stream the videos for each exercise from the Internet, either through wifi or data (if you have no wifi). When I contacted the devs through email, they did not reply, so I guess they have no interest in hearing from us users.

If you have wifi and don’t mind the “use in vertical mode” requirement (if on an iPad), it’s not a terrible app.

Really good but...

I have to say this is a very nice and effective app but the only problem is that it does not support my iPhone X the screen is too small but other than that it is great I would give it a 5 star if it were not for the iPhone X problem and the machines can be a it better and smoother but other than. This it is great I recommend it highly👌👌 plus the best thing it is free.

IntermittentFasting is really great it tracks your weight it tells you what time you worked out and it tells you how many calories you burned. Also the workouts make you sweat and another thing about the workouts is that they make you sore every once in a while but the pain goes away.

Best app for weight loss

I started using IntermittentFasting on June 25 and it has changed my perspective on exercises so much I personally think that the counter on IntermittentFasting is the best!! The only thing I would like for IntermittentFasting to have is a water counter so I can keep a track of how much water I drink. Thank you

Made me sweat!!!!

I am a seasoned athlete, I train 5x per week with weights and HIIT treadmill cardio but wanted to mix things up a bit so I downloaded IntermittentFasting. I'm so glad I did because OMG it made me SWEAT!!! After 2 circuits of the workout I felt as if I had ran 2 miles on the treadmill. This is an amazing cardio workout & I highly recommended it!!!
