It didn't alert me when there was a snow emergency. When I tried to open SnowAlerts it couldn't pull up any information. This thing is completely useless.

I used SnowAlerts during a snow emergency in St Paul and moved my car at 8am to a “night plow” which can be parked on the day after a snow emergency begins. SnowAlerts was wrong, moving my car meant getting a ticket because St Paul has one side night blow routes that are not marked on SnowAlerts and I parked on the wrong side. Using SnowAlerts is pointless, it does not accurately show where is safe to park, which is its entire purpose. Download a Minneapolis or St Paul city sponsored app for the right information.

There is a snow emergency in St. Paul and so I downloaded SnowAlerts , so I could share it with others, but SnowAlerts does not say that there is a snow emergency, even though I have already received an alert from the city. I tried to find another way to contact you, but could find nothing on SnowAlerts anywhere… Please fix that notification! Please advise! Thank you~

SnowAlerts can’t be relied on. Once it gave me the wrong side to park on.
Just today I realized a snow emergency was declared two days ago. No alert. Luckily my car happened to be on the non-plowed side and I found out they were plowing just in time to move my car.
Follow the Minneapolis snow alert Twitter if you want reliable info.

I appreciate the purpose of SnowAlerts, but it’s a little hard to easily conceptualize. I think it would be helpful to include a map (like the one found on the city website) to we can be better informed on where we can/cannot park. Also yes, the cars are reversed.

Awesome way to show where I can/can’t park but, why do I need to scroll to see “parkway rules”. And, why does it snap back when I do scroll. Fix that.

Well designed, clear graphics, far better than any other app or website offered by either Minneapolis or St. Paul. Download SnowAlerts!

Minneapolis standard emergency rules are odd on their own, but today they layered on new rules: no parking on the even side of all streets (except emergency routes) until April 1. No joke.
Snow Alerts had the right info, down to the minute.
This is my go-to app for street parking rules in Minneapolis in the winter. Thank you!

Bust Out's user interface is way better than the city's app. SnowAlerts has a timeline that shows you exactly what TIME you can park where so you can plan ahead, whereas the city's app just tells you what DAY it is, which is more confusing if you have to park somewhere over night.

Thank goodness someone made an app like this. Not tryna get towed. Very helpful.

SnowAlerts saved me from a couple tickets or tows. Clear visuals break down the rules in a way that is much easier to understand than the official cities’ apps.
