You have to pay for a premium subscription to be able to actually set up tracking for your reoccurring payments. Not useful at all. I was just looking for an app that I could use to check my payments and balance instead of having to call.
While it worked it was fabulous but at one point it stopped the recurring payments and I lost track if it all. Also I cannot anymore see my history, I reached out to the developers a few times but haven’t gotten a normal response yet…. Very upsetting. I paid full price because I want to keep track of my records, but as a waste it seems.

App deleted all my info. No record of payments. and can’t even see upcoming payments or my ex’s name. Would be alright if I was able to contact someone to get this in order, but haven’t had good luck with that either.
I suggested SupportPay to my mom and she loves it, she said it made her life much easier.

Great and easy product. Much better design and support than OurFamilyWizard which the court tries to force you to use. I prefer this one because you can dispute what your ex says inside SupportPay .

this app is both a web and mobile app. This tool allows me to track my child support expenses, make payments, provide history/reports and sends notifications and alerts so that I don't ever have to communicate to my ex regarding child support payments. Or at least avoid getting into an argument with my ex over money especially in front of the children. Awkward.
The best part is that the mobile app captures the receipt by taking a picture and after a few clicks, I've submitted my child support expense in less than 10 seconds.
So far, it has save me time and money (sometimes I forget or lose/misplace a receipt) and avoid the conflict and confusion over what, where, and when on I have spent on our children. It has stopped the back and forth discussions.
One final note, make sure you create your account on the web app. It took me less than 5 minutes to create. Download the mobile app and I was able to submit and track all my child support expenses immediately afterwards. It was easy like 1-2-3!
