Terrible Billing and Customer Service Experience

Downloaded the app as suggested by SCAI society. Did not see a screen prompting me to ask if I had a prior subscription (which I do, as it is included free in my SCAI society membership). As a result was billed the $600 for the app, and all my efforts trying to get the charges reversed have been unsuccessful despite emails and phone calls to the App store, SCAI and Wiley as all parties have decided it is someone else’s problem.
