Close and restart the Intel app on iPhone
Update Intel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Intel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Intel app issues:

Force Stop the Intel App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Intel app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Intel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Intel App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Intel app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Intel.

Fix Intel unable to contact server/ Intel internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Intel » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Intel » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Intel on android.
