After less than one month of use my notes is :
1 : sometimes streaming interrupted suddenly and have to shut and open again beINCONNECTMENA to refresh
2: cant veiw the matches ir videos in full screen mode like playing the video from safari
3: wonder why u don’t allow us to play bein connect matches from safari ( ios) i cant paly from safari even when i request desktop mode
If an update fix those issues would certainly update rating to 5stars
Think bein group is full of skills to quickly work on this issues

Update: sadly the new update doesn’t add nothing wonder how bein group staff failed to make a streaming service with a minimum quality!!!

BeIN should keep up with global broadcasters and offer flexibility in packages and viewing options. The lack of screen mirroring support and the removal of the beIN connect apps from the smart TVs, is pretty poor from a supposed ‘Global leader in sports broadcasting’. BeIN takes up rights for all major events, and then goes on to charge exorbitant fees for viewing. This nothing but modern extortion. The instability in PC viewing, poor app on android/ios etc. leave a sour taste for any sports lover.

The main point of beINCONNECTMENA is to stream (TV CHANNELS) so it really doesn’t make any sense to not have beINCONNECTMENA on Apple TV!!

The bugs are countless and the user interface is beyond poor. In addition, the desktop app does not work at all and you cannot stream using the website!

If they haven’t had the (Bein) name behind beINCONNECTMENA I would have thought that this is a scam app. Such a shame to have all of these resources and have an extremely bad app.

Be careful everyone, beINCONNECTMENA works just fine all the day EXCEPT when there is a match going on beINCONNECTMENA start to collapse and you can see ZERO chanel beINCONNECTMENA completely freezes and leaves you with black blank page !
I regret every single Penny I spent on this subscription, this is from 2 months now and yet BEIN continues to ignore our feedbacks, bottom line DONT think about subscribe to this

This is my first subscription on bein, the quality of the streaming is like garbage, beINCONNECTMENA on my mac is bugy the quality is very very bad on the mac it’s like watching 240p and it’s already 1080p on the settings, this is a shame for bigg company like bein having this poor quality, the technical support should do something seriously.

App is below average in comparison to similar world-class apps. Not that user-friendly, not easy to rewind and fast forward. Additionally, app blacks out every now and then few times during a game, sometimes during key moments. Very disappointed. You can surely do a lot better than this.

It does not make sense for beIN not to have an Apple TV app. With the monopoly in MENA, I expect better services. I will only subscribe if they offer an Apple TV app. I am unable to pull any receiver (beIN or telecom) to my desired viewing room but internet is available everywhere. Please make an Apple TV app so we can enjoy watching football properly.

Streaming suffers huge interruptions with low quality video even though other streaming services are working just fine on the same connection
BeIN should ramp up their streaming servers to have proper quality for a paid service

beINCONNECTMENA keeps disconnecting. It is so difficult to sign in or even change my password. Ive been a customer for 4 month and have not been able to sign in. Stupid

I subscribed and downloaded beINCONNECTMENA , but whenever I try to play a video, it gives me technical issues. Their desktop player is also non functional. What a scam

All the channels doesn’t work, and I receive this messages
“We are experiencing a technical issue, sorry for inconvenience. Please try again in a few minutes.”

I couldn’t see all the matches on my iPad.

I have subscribed yesterday for one month and it worked for only one day and stopped
It just saying the channel is not in my subscription

Rip off, terrible quality, constantly crashing, lousy customer service.

Should be global for those people who is Arab an out their country want to enjoy the arabic channel

Slow application and screen mirroring and casting to TV features are not working

This application is not functional. Needs a lot of work. For the amount of money, I pay.

You cant chromecast some premium channels at times which is very frustrating!

It’s TV service so it doesn’t make sense to have apps got the phones but not for TV streaming devices like Apple TV. Wake up technical support please.

I cannot ever login to my laptop.

I’m using my cable provider username and password and it’s telling me it’s my first time using their app and sends me to create a new username and password.. what for? If I already have one with my cable provider.. when I click on already have an account it sends me to the list of cable providers just to end up in the same screen to create a new username and password

When will this be available on Apple TV its getting ridiculous
