Please fix this asap! I cannot login to dragyConnect . It times out and says no internet connection each time. I’ve tried multiple times even uninstalled and reinstalled dragyConnect still nothing. Basically useless at the moment.

Just says loading forever

I have tried 3 different devices all on iOS 14.2.1 and not one will connect to a brand new fully charged Dragy device. Multiple uninstall and reinstall of dragyConnect and same thing. It shows it connects then immediately disconnects. Returning device. If it doesn’t work out of the box and following instructions then I don’t want to deal with the device when I truly want to use it. Should of read the reviews online and the reviews in the Apple store and saved myself some patience. If I could give the device a zero then that’s what it would get.

Edit: worked with customer service to no avail. Multiple emails with photos, videos and screen recordings later and it still went back. The recommendation from Dragy was to return it. Full refund issued. Waste of time in the end.

Although I like the concept of dragyConnect , I’ve had problems with dragyConnect crashing somewhat regularly and dragyConnect performance is pretty terrible. When you try to load your own profile or your performance times, I have no idea what they’re doing but it takes 20-30+ seconds (why can’t you cache some of the data locally - it’s not a ton of data!!). I just tried to check my messages in dragyConnect and it repeatedly asks me to log in. dragyConnect is borderline unusable - you can log your performance time but accessing it is difficult.

Also, when it records your performance it will give you different slope measurements for the exact same spot. One time it says 0% spot on and the next run from the exact same spot shows invalid bc it’s -1.3% slope. That’s way too much variation.

Can’t do anything, will adjust my review once this is fixed. Things load forever and then just “no internet connection”

Different placement of the dragy gives different data and results. Putting it inside the cabinet gives one set of data and putting it like others have suggested for more accurate data on the outside next to the wind shield wipers gives different results. So it's hard to understand what is the actual real car results.
With other competitors devices I don't have these issues. I won't mention their names as not to advertise other companies on dragyConnect page.

The Dragy product itself is amazing, however, dragyConnect could use some improving. The timers are very accurate and easy to use. This being said, there needs to be some changes.

For one, there needs to be an option to mute the voice. This is such a simple feature that should have been implemented since day one so dragyConnect doesn’t disrupt bluetooth music.

There also needs to be ways to rotate the UI, especially the video mode. Currently, I can only record video with my phone oriented in one direction.

These and many other issues that others have reported should be implemented and fixed as soon as possible.

Amazing functionality for the price. Very accurate. Ability to capture video with with overlayed data, leaderboards, very small (Bic Lighter small) and inconspicuous, customizable...I’d like to be able to see the number of connected satellites and their signal strength. I took off 2 stars because dragyConnect crashes often on my iPhoneX. Not reliable at all. Fix that and it gets 5 stars. That’s how much I like it otherwise, to give 3 stars for an unreliable app.

So I get the idea of dragyConnect and I think it’s Great ! I personally love all the features it has. It was shown to me by s friend who uses it and I immediately downloaded it. Only one problem and it is that it WILL NOT work in my phone. I have reset my phone restarted my phone changed the “location” setting for dragyConnect multiple times and have followed the directions in the FAQ about if it says no dragy found and I just can’t get it to work! I’m so eager to use it but I can’t

With the new version I no longer have access to my Dragy account.

The email and password are correct. It even sends a password reset to that exact email. When I change the password and try to log in, it says the email doesn’t exist.

This is the second dragy I’ve purchased and before this update everything worked flawlessly. Highly disappointed

I’ve had it for a while, now, and it seems to work really well. It’s quickly becoming the standard among car enthusiasts.

However, there seems to be zero support for dragyConnect . Even the developer’s website points to the page to sell the device.

I want to update (the car in) “my garage” (in app-speak) with modifications I’ve done to my car. But, it won’t let me. At all. Says “No internet connection.” which simply isn’t true. (This review, case in point.)

So, I try and look for any type of support for dragyConnect , and there is zippo.

I’m willing to update my review, if support can be found or provided, because I’ve really liked the little device. But, a simple, basic support system for dragyConnect , especially after it’s been out for this long, is really pretty inexcusable. Hence, the 3 star review.

Can’t even log in. Just keeps saying “no internet connection.” WiFi, cellular data, doesn’t matter. App version is 2.6.9 with iOS 14. Don’t know if it’s just not optimized for 14 yet but as of right now I’ve wasted $150 on a box I can’t use because dragyConnect does not work.

UPDATE: The developer seems to have resolved the issue and I’m able to navigate dragyConnect with no issues. Changing to 4 stars for the response and fix.

dragyConnect has lots of potential and works pretty well. It measure to the single mph to the hundredth of a second and is way way cheaper than VBOX. There’s pretty limited functionality of how you can actually interact with the data it measures and I hope their short-term plans include vastly expanding that. The UI is clunky and can only be used in vertical mode. But I’m happy to be able to actually have the functionality it provides at all (with the $150 DRAGY GPS device of course) so I’m giving it four stars.

I believe in the concept your sharing but app needs some work to be done to and you will see how the whole car community will react

Just needs some work dragyConnect is slow issues with connecting lack of choices (can’t chose the car model/regions/language etc more) but that’s some amazing effort put into dragyConnect keep up the good work

Four things after unpacking: 1) dragy needs to be fully charged, red LED stops when full 2) Iphone Settings>dragy>allow Bluetooth, otherwise it can not find the dragy device, very important 3) need to allow location service 4) dragy and dragyConnect need to be outside, wait a minute then connect, satellite will sync, dragy is good to go. Great little device, great app!

I saw Underground Racing using the Dragy to test their twin turbo huracans performance on and saw it used at the track with the accuracy within 1/100th of a second in the quarter mile.

This thing is awesome and so long as you have access to a nice road with 1/4 straightaway somewhere in Mexico, you don’t even need a drag strip anymore. And for the price of a single day on the track, you can have access to this to tune and test your car anytime anywhere.

1 star: It’s a great app and I love my dragy but I’m rating it one star until I receive a response from the developer on something that happens in dragyConnect .
On iOS 14 apple introduced clipboard notifications, for when apps paste from the clipboard.
Every time I open dragyConnect , dragy pastes from the clipboard. I would like to see this fixed or removed as this could be a data mining technique.

I love my dragy! The times it records are pretty spot on and I usually have no issue finding satellite connection. The only thing I would change is being able to pause the recorder until you get to where you’re ready to start, that way you don’t have to hit reset and add a new data log which clutters up the interface while you trying to look at your new time. Other than that I have had no issues with it and I would definitely buy it again. No regrets what so ever.

The device is surprisingly good and dragyConnect so far has been easy to use and reliable.

As the previous reviewer suggested, the ability to add notes would be a nice enhancement.

I’ve used this at a drag strip for 5 passes and the times never varied by more than .03 sec and .2 MPH.

My dragy has worked perfectly. I have not had any of the connection or crashing issues mentioned on several reviews here. I do wish there was a search function for the leaderboard. The reported DA values are about 2x what they should be. Also, it would be nice to be able to export the raw data for saved runs. All of those gripes are minor... still 5/5 stars for me.

dragyConnect is tedious to navigate.

1) there is no search functionality (Seriously.)
2) there is no ability to filter my car model, only manufacturer.
3) there is no easy way to find your friends so that you may follow them.

Laggy, unintuitive, and non functional. Been trying to figure out how to delete bad runs for the last 15 minutes!

App refuses to connect to dragy on my iPhone 11 running IOS 13.

Dug our my old S7 Active and that connected without issue.

Please fix this.

Having issues with exporting long video’s. Screen saver during export crashes app. Long videos won’t export at all.

Latest update made all my custom times blank with invalid error and no numbers. Please fix this

Very disappointed, says it works with IPad but it doesn’t not work with iPad Pro. Won’t get past the JB4 advertising!

I’ve tried several times to connect with my iPhone 8. Every time I try it says “no dragy found”. Made sure location services and all that was turned on, it was. Useless app but it was free so I guess you get what you pay for.

I would like to use it . But my problem is dragy will not turn on after hours of charging , my bluetooth can not find it on my 10xr. Also so far tried yo reset my password numerous of times and it will not log in. But it tells me i am registered

App keeps crashing.
The splash screen ad should not be on an app that requires a $140 device to work.

What they don’t tell you anywhere here is that you need to buy a required $150 GPS unit to connect dragyConnect to.

Would give 5 stars if they would allow rotation.

On iPad only works in portrait.

I’ve seen a lot of people with their G-force meter at the bottom right screen and I still don’t have it on mine. Is there an update for it?!?!?!

Love dragyConnect and its ease of use, but when they added the weather features, they are inaccurate. I had hoped the latest update would fix it, however DA is still wildly inaccurate, almost double the actual DA for my location.

I open the dragy app and want to export a video, or I want to change username, or anything really. The app constantly has a loading screen on it, can’t export video, it’s getting annoying, I want my money back, first time using it as I bought it this winter and can’t drive on snow so I’m probably out my money for a return. Oh well, better off with an app on your phone at this point 😂

Run history no longer displays. Just keeps spinning forever. iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 16.0. Please fix this.

hello. i am connecting draggy ti my phone and works fine. after i am done with my measures i press ME, and if i press garage or history it pops my on the GO page. So i cant check out my history... please advise! i tried reinstalling but same thing happens. my phone is a Samsung galaxy s7 edge

I got it to work! I complained about that I kept getting "invalid username", I think it didn't lije my email address, I used a different email and it registered immediately and works fine! All good.

Trying to register on the app but keep getting "invalid username". Plus, no instructions to tell you what the username requirements are. Have uninstalled app many times and still getting "invalid username". What use is the $150 gps unit if I can't access yhe app!!!!

Doesn't connect to my Bluetooth tells me I'm registered and it tells me I have an invalid password

Hello My dragy doesn't charge. I use multiple cables and power bricks and the device is not lighting I plug a few hours and nothing happend, my cellphone does not recogonize it. I bougth 10 months ago and I just use it a few times...

I think that when the app was updated to include android something happened to the video overlay on iPhone. I would like to buy another one but since the update I have only seen one video of dragy used and they did not even turn on overlay. I've done everything I could and was suggested to make it work and even messaged you guys and no good answer if there's good answer I would like to know so I could buy another one. Thanks
