Once you get the program going, it works. However, the only way to get any information on price is to download the app. The website is terrible and gives no information to the user about pricing.
Edited to add that as soon as my upgrade went through, the program crashed and now the upgrade is not reflected in my account. This is the worst e-sign program I've ever had to deal with.

So this crashes 50% of the time. Oh and the symbol next to signatures and initials is not transparent, so you will be blocking out text on your doc.
Finally, you cannot download the signed doc!! Haha what a wonderful evening I’ve had with this app.
