I want my subscription until 9/22 refunded because the upgraded Pro keeps stopping and any property information immediately stops the program and this is now going on two weeks during hunting season when I need it the most. Maybe the Consumer Protection Agency or Federal Trade Commission could help in getting your company off your ass and fix the product that I paid for.

I upgraded to the pro version last week, now I cannot load (initialize )your Huntstand app. I just keep getting the same message "Unfortunately, Huntstand has stopped.", even though it has not started. I've reported it twice, now this is the third time. It is useless if I cannot get into it. I want my upgrade fee returned, immediately! Thank you!

I have gotten The Pro App. on Sept.20,2020 and being new to a hunting App I do not know anything about it, I asked Terra Stride about a manual to help me get started and where. Hoping to get some type of information for Hunt Stand so I would then know how to ,and where to start. I mean I know nothing about a Phone App and what to do. So they told me that there wasn't one because they were always making changes with the App, for which I understand.I was told that I would have to look up and watch the videos that were made up for the Hunt Stand App.Well I want say that alot of these videos are very short in time and not really explaining to you alot as to understand fully what you must do correctly to move along .So I'am now at the point to give up and let my App run out and go elsewhere. I don't want to pay for help.

Have pro and need some maps printed. You can build a map in hybrid view but the proof arrives in Sat. View? Emailed numerous times they will not respond? Apparently there’s been a recent upgrade because huntstand previously gave me accurate gps locations! Now it’s gone crazy putting you no where close. I was trying to mark hunt stand locations, trying everything I could to do to no avail. May have to go back to my Garmin gps. LOL

having a problem the farm i hunt is owned by my buddy and in the pro when you pull up properly info it is showing half of his property is owned by farmer to the south made them aware they checked with county and county shows proper acreage and boundaries but your app does not.

I have had HuntStand for probably 5 years now and love it. I became a paid member finally. Recently I have been having some issues however. I can not figure out why my hunt areas are not syncing. Please unpurchase scoutlook

This app has one of the worst user interfaces I’ve used in a long time. The amount of information needed to run this app will take you all day and once you find the time to get it where you want it they cut the free trial off. It’s almost as if it’s is run by a handful of evil vegans. Now I understand why you bought out scoutlook it was a great program with one of the best user friendly interfaces that was giving away a lot of good free data but come on right before the hunting seasons start you perform the takeover that’s extremely low. Your transfer of data was absolutely horrible none of the spots I had saved over the past decade are accessible and the only info that was actually available were past logs of harvests which I stopped inputting because all it’s really providing you is a giant data harvest of the best areas throughout the hunting communities. I wish scoutlook had thought about the rest of us before selling out to corporate America. I truly wish I had the time to learn your app more before the season so I might have had time to find something good about it but seeing as how you killed the only app worth a dam I’m now have no time to spend on it. Thanks for the extra work this hunting season. Sincerely an unsatisfied user Ps please fix your interface it’s like you didn’t even try

HuntStand is terrible; a downgrade from the old ScoutLook

First off, I’ve never written an online review of anything, but I felt compelled to write this since HuntStand is so bad. I had previously used the ScoutLook App, they merged with HuntStand, and I couldn’t be more disappointed. This app is clunky. It contains lots of potentially useful functions, but they don’t work together in a seamless fashion. It essentially feels like you are switching between different apps while ScoutLook felt like one seamless unit full of useful functions/information. I also feel as though some items just don’t even work properly. For example, if I am looking at a location I want to examine (even if it is where my current location is being pinged) and I hit the scentcone/windcone icon, it takes me away from my desired location to some default location (that isn’t even close to anywhere that I ever go or have gone). I will be on the lookout for a different app; I couldn’t be any more disappointed by this merger. I hope the people from ScoutLook made some good money with the merge because they ruined a wonderfully valuable and easy to use app.

Not my cup of tea.

I’ve have paid for and they have taken the money From my account for the yearly cost for the pro membership. Expect I can’t do anything. None of the pro stuff works and if I go to save something it says I need to upgrade. I’ve emailed 12 times with little response so don’t expect customer service. The only reason I even gave two stars is the maps are decent. Little outdated but it’ll work in a pinch. First time I’ve ever spent money on something like this and it’ll be the last. Horrible experience and customer service. Update is I got an email back saying a few people are having this issue and a coupon for printed maps. No I don’t want a coupon. I want my money back. I’ll never use this app again my family and I are going to onx a real hunting app. I know I’ll never get my money back from these people and it’s sad because I never even got to use what I paid for. This company is all around junk.
