4 Most reported problems 😔💔
I cancelled Fishidy a couple of months ago and got confirmation that it was processed. However, I continue to get charged not one subscription fee but two every month . The double billing has continued throughout 2024. Not even the cancellation was successful in stopping the double charge. So Fishiday owes me something like $84.32 for 8 months of double billing, and at least an additional $10.54 for continuing to bill after the cancellation, maybe more depending on the exact date of the cancellation. I searched all over the website to find a way to contact fishidy or process the double billing and actually get a cancellation, but always hit a dead end, a page that not longer existed, or entered a circulation that did not get me any where. Very frustrating.
Can’t even log in

I saw an add, downloaded the app and went to sign up for an account and it said my email was already in use. So I figured I might have signed up before and deleted the app and forgot all about it. I went to sign in and it wouldn’t let me and said my email wasn’t recognized. I couldn’t recover a password because there was no account with that email. Went back and tried to sign up for a new account and it said email was already being used. Tried several times with Facebook and that didn’t work either 🤷♀️
Worst attempt ever!

Absolutely terrible app. Save your money and don’t get hooked by their baiting you in. $10 for a months use was a joke.... unless you don’t mind waiting 1-3 minutes for “catch info” to pull up once you tap the icon to view what was noted at a certain spot. And there’s NOTHING current (last 5 years) on the most popular lakes in Oklahoma. Go figure! Obviously why they only have one rating and it was a 5 star. No doubt it was made by a company representative.
Can’t Cancel Subscription

Ridiculous that one can’t simply cancel a subscription, obvious the developer wants it that way. Click on cancel/manage subscription and it takes you to a link where you have to enter a different password. I did that and it states “unconfirmed subscription”, click to confirm but nothing about canceling subscription. Absolutely ridiculous and for this reason I’ll never use fishidy again.
