How to fix Funcall app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Funcall app on iPhone
Update Funcall app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Funcall iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Funcall on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Funcall network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Funcall Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Funcall not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Funcall App
1. On android, goto Settings » Funcall » click [Force Stop]

Update Funcall to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Funcall App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Funcall » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Funcall.

Fix Funcall unable to contact server/ Funcall internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Funcall » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Funcall » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
