Latest Update

I am not able to use BankMuscat at all because of updating it to the latest version. Make sure to test it on various mobiles and iOS versions before uploading your updates

We are struggling with this update

Response of BM to fix the issue is VERY DISAPPOINTING, i am without Mobile Banking for almost a month and calling the help desk daily. Very disappointed, thinking seriously to move my account to another bank which cares about their customers

Worst after the Update

I wish there was a negative star, BankMuscat is much worst after the last update .. it doesn’t work at all , thanx for making our lives harder .. I transferred my funds to another bank because they have much better application

Failure of the largest bank in Oman (again)

Update to new app:
Bank Muscat, you’ve failed again. I don’t think you function tested your new app. It keeps showing you the introduction slideshow over and over whether you click “skip” or “get started.” Ironically the slideshow boasts that you’re the largest bank in Oman. Epic failure.

Bank Muscat, where is your support for IOS13? You are Oman’s largest bank. This should be embarrassing in 2019

Not happy

I am really sorry but after upgrade BankMuscat stability and performance is very bad. I was able to access yesterday and set Face ID after so many trials. Logged in and the look and feel is really not very good and no new features at all. Today, I am not able to login at all and keep running in the background and customer service not also helping. I am really disappointed that the largest bank in Oman is failing in this area.

Problems after update

After the update it is very difficult to login. Sometimes I just can’t login. And everything takes so much time.
It was much better before the update. Kindly look into the matter. Thank you

New App is too slow

The new app launched today is way too slow, you need to do something about it quickly because it’s really frustrating. Even to return to “home” page takes more than 20 seconds. It’s too bad

New update !!

After the update didn’t couldn’t open BankMuscat for a whole day and then it restarted my password and now I’m on 15 minute call just to reset and then I’ve been told I need to recall another department of Bank Muscat call center !!!

Does not work after the last update

The application is totally useless on IOS 10 after the last update. Freezes on interface and would not respond to anything.

Not happy

BankMuscat performance is very bad after its latest upgrade. The speed of screen transition is slow and terrible. Significant increments in app downtime and I don’t like how I am struggling when processing transactions when online services are out ! Please fix it or rollback !

One week that it stopped working for iOS

BankMuscat doesn’t work at all.
After logging in in keeps loading without any result.
Even the last update didn’t fix anything.
Really expected more from a leading bank in the country.

The worst banking app

Since bank muscat updated its mobile app, it has became very unstable not working at all at times, or showing under maintenance message.
BankMuscat is very slow at opening and during response.
I hope BM will fix it soon

OTP

OTP is not showing at all, instead I receive an sms with long link and it doesn’t work!

Not working iOS 13

Your application still no update to work with iOS 13 and iphone 11. Please update very soon.

Good App but developers do not understand bank business

After a number of bug fixes, this app App currently performing very good. However, the IT developers who create BankMuscat still have lack of understanding of costumers daily requirement.
Examples,
1.why transferring money to my credit card takes hours before it can been seen in the credit card balance. It should be quick / immediate in normal working hours
2. If you have supplementary, extra credit card, why transferring money to the main card does not shows in the other supplemented credit card at the same time. It takes days / weeks before you see the changes.
3. The worst of all, the call center does not clearly understand the full functionality of BankMuscat .

Great update!

The application has completely changed after the recent update. Everything looks way better. I hope Bank Muscat offer 50% VOX Cinema discount for Shababia card holders.

Let’s give it a try

BankMuscat accessibility and front-dash is so friendly. More services been added up and am satisfied. The connectivity could be a problem . Believe it’ll be fixed 👏

Version 4 working with 13.2

Initially BankMuscat didn’t allow to log in, kept repeating the demo all the time. Shows the log in screen for 2 seconds and then restarts the demo again.
This issue is now fixed. I can confirm that BankMuscat works fine now on iOS 13.2 on Xs

UX

looks and feels are great, but there some delays when scrolling or move from one tab to another, need to be improved.

- replace loading screen with something else, loading screen turn BankMuscat to red and that's annoying. Show just the logo spinning and make background little bit gray.

- login with touch ID without user id I think it's dangerous, what if some one force me to open BankMuscat with my touch ID, and he transfer money from my accounts 😅

You to update app for IOS 11 or the apple store will be stop it from working
