So easy to book space and rooms and there is something for even the smallest budget. Helps you look and be more professional for your clients when you have nice space to meet them in with five star amenities and desk staff. I highly recommend . (Don’t worry about the sketch CEO, they got rid of him lol )

WeWork is mostly great, but it could be better. It’s not intuitive..it would make more sense for the Desk tab to be listing before the Rooms, and I can’t find any of the Event listings by locations with the new update. I have All Access so I like to choose which this app location I’m working out of based on their events and my travel schedule/convenience

App works fine for basic functions. A limiting feature is that there is no ability to schedule a reservation on behalf of someone else or add a co-host to a conference room reservation. Makes providing executive support a poor user experience.

The people, resources, locations, views and on and on have been SO beneficial to me and my burgeoning real estate investment business! Member for life here!

When booking rooms the user shouldn’t have to scroll through every room. It should know what floor you typically use, and what rooms you use and which are available to get the most likely choice surfaced early. This is one example of how WeWork just isn’t well thought out.

Overall it’s still a good site but I am unable to access and view the Events page and other tabs that were on the previous version of the site.

WeWork used to work back in the day. Now when I open it (every single time this week) there is an error message “oops please try again later” and then later never comes. Every time it fails. I end up having to use the computer portal, if that even works.

Have submitted support tickets with no reply.

The feature I used most from the old app was the calendar of events at the office space, but I can’t find that any more- it’s either missing or not findable in the UI. Can that come back?

Though WeWork is good and quite easy to use, the in person customer support has been quite disappointing and pretty non-existent. I have specific questions I need answered and no one can give me an answer they just send me to WeWork , which doesn’t help me.

Not at all sure why we work completely changed their app, but the new one is not as intuitive and is still going through buggy issues.

That is how bad WeWork experience has been for me. It has not worked for more than 2 mins. I’ve followed all the fix ideas . I can’t log in or book a reservation. I was excited for this to work and disappointed in how poor the service from the this app app and in general.

I made the mistake of booking accident tally mixing dates between two weeks. It should be easy to move the date or give me a refund to the intended dates, but we work has made it difficult for no obvious reason.

The new iteration of WeWork is fabulous! Makes a lot of sense in its design. Very happy user!

The login never works, it just keeps reloading. There’s also no option to save password. I’ve tried logging in through the website, through WeWork , and have changed my password several times. Nothing works.

WeWork often doesn't load data stating, "Error. Oops something went wrong. Please try again." I have to use the website at super inconvenient times to book or cancel desks and rooms.

I’d like to see what events a this app location has that day/coming up when I book a desk!

Previous app was much better. Harder to find the available desk in NYC. No idea why they force us to use this.

I wish there was a way you can add your card to your phone & you can just use your phone to get inside the building instead of the card incase you forget it at home

I get the message, “Oops, something went wrong. Please try again,” over and over. I have a late-model iPhone. I’ve restarted WeWork , uninstalled and reinstalled WeWork , rebooted my phone, etc. No improvement. WeWork is unusable.

App is buggy can’t load locations. When booked two days ago location staff didn’t know how to check in On Demand clients

Can’t make a reservation because whenever I select a location it says there’s an error.

Every screen pops an error dialogue. How much money has this company raised, that it’s somehow fine that they can’t get a booking iOS app to function?
