Notifications don’t work

I’ve received one random notification from this app in the time I’ve had it (6 months or so). I’ve downloaded all the updates and all my notification settings are correct. So in summary it’s not a very useful weather app.
Bluetooth?

Why do I need Bluetooth to be on? Why do you need access to Bluetooth? How is that going to improve location? Most Bluetooth devices are not fitted with gps.
Please fix the app to stop asking these questions.

I have the app. It’s updated. It just shows Chanel 15 weather logo. No info. Nothing! Y’all have Alan Seals, he is the best meteorologist, show him & the followers of his weather forecast some respect & get a descent app.
