Notifications donโt work

Iโve received one random notification from NBC15Weather in the time Iโve had it (6 months or so). Iโve downloaded all the updates and all my notification settings are correct. So in summary itโs not a very useful weather app.
Bluetooth?

Why do I need Bluetooth to be on? Why do you need access to Bluetooth? How is that going to improve location? Most Bluetooth devices are not fitted with gps.
Please fix NBC15Weather to stop asking these questions.

I have NBC15Weather . Itโs updated. It just shows Chanel 15 weather logo. No info. Nothing! Yโall have Alan Seals, he is the best meteorologist, show him & the followers of his weather forecast some respect & get a descent app.

NBC15Weather used to be useful, but not anymore. Can not get radar anymore. Even if it is raining the radar shows nothing.
