The one thing it lacked was tieing your bank account information directly thru your debit card with a the picture option everything else is spot on except the estimates the layout would be better if it was similar to joists it just leaves out the template which sone people dont know the proper layout that would hold up in court if needed however everything else was above and beyond i can track employees send jobs collect payments get navigation to the jobs and provide specific details in designated areas even has a library of items that you build up as you use it well worth the subscription fee everymonth this one app would allow me to go from struggling with just myself to being abke to manage a team directky from my phine while on the job nit to mention the accounting aspects that could turn 20 hr days into normal life and time for family great job

I found out about Breezeworks through an MSNBC small business segment about 2 years ago. Since then, Breezeworks has been a crucial part of my business running successfully. Every single feature is thoroughly thought out, functional and professional. Breezeworks revolutionized the way that I run my home remodeling business. My clients always comment on the quality and ease of estimates/transactions - that I do all through Breezeworks! I’ve never left a review for an app before but this app is more than an app for me - I tell every contractor I know about it & hope that if you’re reading this, you give it a try as well! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you, this app!

I’ve been using this app since 2014, all I can say is it always gets better. I will always be a customer. I can run my business professionally and I must say my customers also love it. I will just save this, every detail of operating my business is now totally organized and I am a very organized person. Becky has always been there to answer my questions and she is the back bone of the company, i’m sure they already know that. I totally rely on this app and it has never let me down.

Hi, this has been great so far, been using it for a few months now. Would really like to option to see the unscheduled calls in mobile app, and also the info that shows up in the desktop dashboard available in mobile would be awesome, thanks so much for all your hard work to make Breezeworks so valuable

There is nothing exceptional about Breezeworks. I have been using it for about 60 days at $33 mo. I does everything ok. Support is ok. It has never been updated.

Taking deposits or multiple payments is terrible. It glitches a lot. You can not easily change a price on estimate or invoice.

I am actively looking for something better.

I signed up. Love the system. Been using it for about 3 weeks. Just loaded it on the iPad to find out it is not optimized for iPad. Seriously? Hurry up guys you are onto something here but NEED A proper iPad app.

I have used this app since 2016 and have never had issues with it until last year. Very poor customer service. We report issues we are having and never receive a call or email back as promised. We will be swapping to a different software soon.

Excellent tool at hand instead of be home to be front of your desk is easier to send invoices to my clients no matter where I’m thanks!!

I am not as pleased with some aspects of the recent modification as the old version, but I still love Breezeworks. I used to be able to enter all of the items of a new job in one shot - location, date, time, and notes. With the updated version, I need to save the job before I can add a note. For me, the note is as important to the job entry as the date and time are. As well, I would cut the job details from my email or text message and paste it into the note. Then, I would easily read and enter the date, time, and location/client information from that note. The inability to do this now is not a major drawback - it just isn't an upgrade, either.

It’s been +3 years since we were told they were about to implement the ability to accept multiple forms of payment in a singular transaction. Still waiting. Time to kick these chumps to the curb.

Would be a great service but the computer version is very buggy/glitchy. If if gets better I may come back and try again. For now I’ll stick with QuickBooks Online.

First time that I started Breezeworks it was working nice, but during the signing up it suddenly shuts down. Now is not possible to start Breezeworks , on main screen it close. Could you please fix this bug? Thank you

Just installed the new version which fails to launch.

You can’t customize Breezeworks for exactly what do you need, specially when you pay 30$ for mounds ...

Great app and easy

Breezeworks is a great tool for mobile service providers! Having tried various other apps I can say that Breeze is the most intuitive and least time consuming app for mobile business management. The scheduling feature takes into account your current location and distance/travel time to your next appointment and appropriately gives reminders to keep you on time. Invoices are generated in a very professional format that stands out as a 'cut above' the usual Quickbooks format and represent your business well.
Another great feature is that you can attach notes, with pictures, to jobs for future reference without having to jump to a separate app. The support team is quick and pleasant in response to questions or feature requests.
I highly recommend Breezeworks to any mobile service provider.

There is no bad things I could say about Breezeworks it saves me lots of money just in receipts and has much much more features they add on a regular bases and it's so easy to us if you have lots of customers to add to your contacts list Tyler and the crew will add them for you and there customer support is 10 stars when they are closed you can still call and someone will call you back Breezeworks has giving me more time to get jobs done and spend more time with my family Breezeworks is hands down my number one go to app for my business I love it thank you this app for your support and making Breezeworks better and better every day

As a general contractor we do many different jobs and one of the hardest things to do is kept them organized. This management service app helps with scheduling, estimating, invoicing, tracking payments (accepting credit cards as well) and even driving ETA with heads up alerts so you never miss an appointment.

Overall Breezeworks has a great foundation but needs a couple of tweaks for it to be a 5 star service app. The great part is this app seems eager help make their app better and customers happy. Look forward to the new updates to this new service app.

I used to have anxiety about my days and what I was forgetting. That is now managed by Breeze wonderful app. All my appointments are in one place with time to travel, maps and a way to contact clients all in one place. I can bring my contacts over from my phone and choose how to contact the client. I love Breezeworks and have now made it my main scheduling tool. I love this companies feedback process, any issues I have they are on fixing almost immediately. Thank you Breeze, you are making my business a breeze.
