I have the IPhone 11 and NJChildSupport will no longer open up for me.
The old version of NJChildSupport worked perfectly fine but since the upgrade I can’t view any of my case info, payments etc and have to go back to the website and look that way because the upgrade made NJChildSupport useless.
App use to be wonderful until the update. It now crashes everytime I try to open it and automatically boots me out. I tried deleting NJChildSupport and re installing but the same problem exist.

Worst app , it don’t gave you confirmation,-and I pay twice, I call customer service, they can not do noting about it, 0 stars don’t use NJChildSupport
NJChildSupport will no longer open so you can’t check to see what version your running on when I go into NJChildSupport Store there is no button to update help
This is the message you will get if you actually try to make a payment to send for your kids. It should be CRIMINAL to operate such an important system so negligently !!
NJChildSupport crashes every time I try to use it since updating to ios13. I’ve tried reinstalling it numerous times.

I have always been able to log in but all of a sudden my credentials will not work with NJChildSupport but does when I use a desktop. I changed my pin while using a desktop. Well I can still log in with the old pin and the new pin, ridiculous. I just hope my information is safe, you guys need to fix NJChildSupport and tighten up the security. My old pin should not be working after I have changed the pin! SMH
With the new upgrade from apple, the apple doesn't open.
I could easily go in check my account ..ever since I upgraded to iOS 13 app won’t open hope they upgrade NJChildSupport to wor with new iOS sooner then later ..
User interface is a big upgrade from the prior app! Really like NJChildSupport ! Although, now NJChildSupport does not open for me. Not sure if it’s because I upgraded to iOS 13 on my iPhone XS but hope they fix soon.
