Get Pricing Info for Find A GraveSome random person took photo of tablet of my grandmas new tablet placed two days ago. She took the photo the DAY it was placed and added it online. NO ONE knew that tablet would be there because I am the last surviving grandchild and purchased the tablet myself. Forest lawn said they don’t sell the info and no one knew. I am unable to contact anyone at find a grave and got an auto reply from “no reply @ancestry.com” with the find a grave logo. I called ancestry.com and the rep had no idea. What to do to claim my grandmas profile as some handsome person “Just Me” had claimed it and posted the photo the DAY the tablet was placed. That is NOT right and I am her grandfather. Does she have nothing better to do than go to random graves and post photos on find a grave .com? Please contact me on what to do about this as their site has no way to contact anyone. This is BSSS and in furious about this.
My mother, Carol Louise Hull (253537266) passed away April 30, 2023 and another member (Gina) created a memorial for my mother from her obituary. Gina got the information all wrong and didn't have all of the information that I, as her only child, had. She also placed a photo of my mother from the obituary as her "official" Find-a-Grave memorial photo and cut off part of her head. To be blunt, this really angered me as I was planning on creating the memorial myself and I wanted to upload a better picture of her. I did upload a second picture assuming that I could delete the one Gina used when she created the memorial but the system will not allow me to remove the old one. Gina did transfer the ownership of the memorial to me but I still cannot delete the current photo. Is there a way that you can delete the existing, default picture and replace it with the second photo I uploaded? Thanks. Bill Hull 47928115
Why leave a message. Left 4-5 messages and you will not contact me nor will you respond to me wanting that page of SullivanBoyd Hames taken down .Takedown the page of my husband down. 250101096 .
I CAN NOT GET INTO MY FIND A GRAVE,IT WAS BEEN MANY MO. VERY UPSET.THEY SAY THEY ARE SENDING ME A E-MAIL BUT I DO NOT GET IT.I EVEN TRIED TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT AND CAN'T WHAT IS WRONG?
Someone has posted the wrong parents for my 3xGGF Stephen W Miller. The owner / manager has not responded to my suggested edits and won't accept any messages. She, unlike the above complaint, does not require proof of anything before adding, if she had she would have realized the gross error of parents. And, while I'm on my "soap box" this is probably a joke... is anyone going to do anything about these complaints? AND when I tried the "open a chat," that FAG offers, after I told them my problem they wanted $56 to answer it!!! I am very disappointed in this FAG bunch!!
I've been on Find a Grave for years. Now I can't sign in. When trying to sign in my email address is Wayja58@redacted How delete the N that comes up on my screen My email address Should be just Wayja58-1@redacted, [With out a N.] Or how do I delete the account and start a new one.

Allison, Contributor # 47066078 is a big problem. She is managing many of my deceased Ferris relatives, including Sarah Blood Colburn (66432401). She doesn't allow anyone to send her a message and requires proof before she makes changes. My 8th great grandfather was Zachariah Ferris 1648-1710 (227726754), Sarah Blood's first husband. I have sent her much proof of this and yet she refuses to list him as her husband and even more, she refuses to change their children's memorials to reflect that he is their father. Her arrogance is unbelievable when I have posted proof. She has a nasty comment on her page about not making any negative references to her which tells me that I am not the only person frustrated with her. I became a Contributor to help others locate their deceased relatives and don't understand why any Contributor would have such a bad attitude. I would love to have all of the Ferris relatives in Connecticut and Massachusetts transferred to me so that all in my family can see the hard work that I have put in to get to the truth and story of their life.
Hello I am the wife of a deceased person of whom I manage my memorial for him on everloved.com. I was in the process of working on my husbands memorial and noticed it had some how been posted on your website. Can you please delete my memorial from your website? I’m not sure how it was stolen from me because I’m the only one with the password to my everloved.com memorial. His wife Cherrilyn

I’ve been a member of Find a Grave for several years now. Find a Grave has helped me find information needed for my tree. But I’ve also discovered a lot of incorrect information.
What I find aggravating about this app is I cannot creat a memorial for my loved ones who was cremated. An members of Find a Grave who already created memorials have added burial locations that is incorrect because you must add burial locations.
Find a Grave needs to make it where those can add info without having to add a cemetery. Some people scatter their ashes. Disappointed in app.

I find this extremely strange. People who don’t even know someone is creating memorials within 24 hours of their deaths. Instead of focusing on memorializing a person like they will copy entire news articles about how the person died. Loved ones already know this information they shouldn’t have to have it posted on an a memorial.
When you send a message to the person that created the memorial and let them know they have incorrect information since they didn’t wait for the actual information be released the become defense and let you know your advice and opinion isn’t wanted or needed.

In Louisville, Ky their are two large separate cemeteries that are adjacent to each other. A large wall separates them. Each has a separate property address. On my IPhone photos taken in them the location comes up the same for both cemeteries. Our IPhone 8’s have the latest Apple updates and Find A Grave updates. This week a photo taken at a different cemetery about 5 miles from the other two was misidentified. With today’s technology I find these happenings unacceptable. Go ahead Apple and Find A Grave and blame the satellites and GPS system.
