I made a booking on the Calais to Dover crossing 17/4/23 dfp158982418 go5/5 return 8/may timed at 20.55 As I had no confirmation shown in 10 minutes I tried to resend-but the return time choices were different so i picked the nearest dfp158981583 timed 21.10 I now find I have 2 return ferry crossings booked 10 minutes apart and I cannot cancel either. I did not tick the "change"option as I had no need to-I am sure of my dates and I thought I had booked correctly As This seems to be an electronic hitch in the "cloud" I do think one of my bookings could be cancelled and the money refunded I have tried to ask for this but access to Direct Ferries is very difficult You have my telephone number on the booking forms-I would appreciate some response
I have been trying to amend my booking with Direc Ferries for the last ten days and a, having no success. The bookin ref is DFPA152616223
They have failed to update me on the changes made to our departure by Condor and failed to respond to any requests to contact me on this matter. Their App is useless, their Live Chat is just a Bot that answers questions with FAQ solutions and their contact form results in no response. They say my booking number isn't correct yet it is from their email they sent to me and I can see the booking My Account. They are totally useless and I will never use again a or recommend them to anyone.
Since March this year, I have been trying to resolve an insurance claim, but have not received a reply. I have sent all manner of evidence relating to the medical condition that forced me to cancel a journey from Santander to Plymouth on 21st April 2022. The claim reference number is under policy 3194373097, claim number: E22T059109. I read that a cancellation only costs EUR 10, so I cancelled the booking , and made a new booking on the same day, but now I have received an EMail saying that the cancellation has not been accepted!!
Ich versuche vergeblich das Datum der Rückfahrt vom 21. 05.2022 auf den 17.05.2022 zu verlegen . Leider kommt immer die Fehlermeldung , dass die Zahlung nicht ausgeführt werden kann .
