Can you stop upgrading without reason? Every time it has more problems like no show request or can not leave comment after upgrading. And it becomes slow and slow. I like site plan from an organizational aspect, however its extremely buggy. When switching to different areas and categories it freezes and take along time to finalize selections. Also while typing inside the message boxes and description boxes it constantly freezes every other typed letter skips ... SMRTOperationsManager does ever work properly. Task sometimes never come in when assigned or they are hours late. I have to use SMRTOperationsManager for work every day and I have to say SMRTOperationsManager does a great job of making my life very difficult. SMRTOperationsManager does not update across multiple devices in real time causing a lot of confusion within the organization.

The idea behind SightPlan is great. It’s similar to yardi mobile or maintenance mobile. The only issue I have is anytime I get a push notification saying a new task is assigned, it will not show up in SMRTOperationsManager unless I uninstall SightPlan and then reinstall and log in. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every week because stops syncing the tasks also I have to update every comment in my computer for the same issue it supposed to make easier the job but now it’s time consuming to check every comment on each work order

The software works for the intended use. However, the mobile app is useless at times. I’ve had to delete and reinstall SMRTOperationsManager multiple times for it to work properly. Just kind of a headache when you’re trying to do your job and can’t because of an app.

Honestly SMRTOperationsManager has so much potential and yet it glitches so bad on mobile devices. I love the web browser and how efficient it is. Mobile needs help with the lagging and glitches.

If this software worked as designed it would be amazing. But the continued lag, freezing, glitching is very time consuming and not productive. SMRTOperationsManager works great for organizing work orders, however as of a couple of weeks ago Sightplan will not let me stay logged in for more than a couple of sessions. What was once an accessible, quick tool has now become a laborious and frustrating experience.

Hello, everything’s usually ok. There’s a really annoying issue in which leaving SMRTOperationsManager and returning to it just leaves a grey screen with a loading icon that never loads. In order to get SMRTOperationsManager to load again you have to close SMRTOperationsManager and reopen it.

I have continuously had issues when trying to view the activity of a task. It just keeps “loading” and will never actually open so I can’t see the activity of the tasks.

Needs to be Apple Watch compatible

Great app, but I still get notifications on do not disturb. I like separating work and home. It sends me a notification stating that I received a notification while I was in do not disturb

Work more efficient and the staff is extremely helpful and available.

I’ve been using SMRTOperationsManager for almost 6 months and our team likes it - especially the maintenance team... we are definitely more organized in work orders, and it saves everyone time!

This runs really well on IOS.
