App always says “no internet connection”!

You have a major bug with this app. It immediately displays a message “No internet connection” when on cellular data (LTE). Every other app I have worked fine. I was walking to the game last night, trying to get my tickets ready and it always gave me this error. Thankfully I could go the main Ticketmaster app (which worked perfectly) and pull them up in time. Please fix this.
Can’t get tickets

I have used this app twice for jr jazz tickets and both times have sucked!!! It doesn’t show I have the tickets but the confirmation email says I have and gives instructions on how to redeem them through the app but now I’ve been working on it for an hour with no success. Instructions are incorrect or app just isn’t working but I am looking at a game tomorrow that I bought 3 extra tickets and I can’t get the tickets.

This app along with Ticketmaster have made dealing with Jazz tickets so much harder, frustrating, upsetting, confusing. Overlay these feelings with limited customer support and I ask myself why I put up with this crap. I am sure tons of fans are getting tired of the hassle. At least the league and their owners can sleep better knowing they crushed the curb side scalpers.
