Foreign Credit Cards & Toll Transactions

I would really like if I could use my foreign credit card to top up my HGS. I use a VISA card but the system will not allow me to use this card. It creates an error stating my bank denied the transaction. However, my bank said it never received the request and never denied the transaction.
Also the “transition history” does not work properly. Sometime it will show info and sometimes it will not. However, when it does show info it only shows the first Bridge in Istanbul. It will not show you fees from the 2nd bridge or 3rd bridge, the highways to the new airport, or the Tunnel. So you can’t track why the amount is getting lower.
My other vehicle I use use my bank for the HGS. I can see every transaction and can properly see what HGS was charged.
