Fun Game but buyers beware

2026-06-12

by Jen-says-so

This game is a fun game and very addictive, so addictive that I paid $2.99 to get the full version and then another $1.99 to get gold bars which you need to be able to advance in the game. My game froze and so I deleted the app from my iPad and then reinstalled the game and now I am at the beginning of this game. I have lost all of my purchases, I have emailed the app support and got no response, went to the gamehouse web site followed there suggestion on how to trouble shot and still nothing. Once again I emailed game house and still have not gotten a response. Buyers beware of this app.

Poor Setup

This is a really cute game and is great for passing time. However some changes could be made to improve the game. 1. The lettuce is in a really bad spot. I'm constantly putting fries on my burgers. 2. Why do I have money with nothing to spend it on? 3. The gold is stupid. Things to buy gold with are way over priced. 4. What's a badge? There is very little explanation for these. I only know I can get them and I don't have enough to move on to the best city. 4. Fix the "like us" notice. I've liked you on Facebook but it constantly tells me to. 5. Same thing with the tutorials in each level. I only need to see it once, not every time I go back to that level.

Too many roadblocks to be good

This could be a really good and challenging time management game. However, 1) it is impossible to upgrade unless you purchase gold. 2) You make bucks but have nothing to spend them on. They are completely useless and arbitrary. 3) There are ads each and every time you finish a section. Summary: Rather than trying to make a good game with reasonable ads on which they will make money, the makers just seem to want to make as much money as possible from both their promotional clients and the players by jamming the game full of ads and requiring you to spend money on any upgrades.
