I’ve been playing since game came out. There’s no way to stop bullies from attacking your kingdom over, over,over and over. The game is designed for attacks, not to block spiteful, childish bullies. You must buy gems a lot to defeat enemies or to win wars. Gem packs used to last longer, not now. At level 130, max, there’s nothing to do. You can save up for pearls to strengthen your kingdom, that’s about it. I hate Conquest, it ruined the game. I’m not very active in conquest. It’s boring!!! Just wait for it to end! This has come to be an expensive game to play. 1 out of 5 stars. Because gem pack don’t last, no way to block repetitive players from attacking, conquest is boring and everything good costs gems. Yes, it is a definitely a money making game now. 🤨😠

A few months ago, this would have been 5 star. The game concept is fun, and I found an awesome group of people in my alliance. Outside of that, Flare is under responsive to individual player issues, and don’t really care if system glitches and outages happen on smaller scales. This game is easy at first, then becomes a long game strategy.

Hopefully Flare will remember that we have many choices for strategic RPG, and be more responsive to individual players. Don’t waste your time and energy as a solo player, they don’t care about your time or energy, and are happy to ignore issues not involving real money transactions directly. Even if you pay for subscriptions, if the issue wasn’t payment processing related, good luck finding someone who cares.

Open the game, takes me to AppStore for update. There is no update in AppStore. Hit the open button. Opens the game. Game says there is an update. There is no update. Repeat ad infinitum.

This is the second time this game has done this. Other problems include massive power consumption on a new battery, poor chat system, and no feasible way to level up you clan building without paying for it. Because working as a team is basically dlc.

Events are too frequent, with no way to upgrade anything without having a war to fight.

Ninjas are invincible when attacking, which is a long period of time. And they’re not worth the effort, as within only an hour, you’ll be so far behind you will not be able to catch up, even when spending gems.

If you want to be the best at this game, your life is going to have to revolve around it. Rather than being able to play and get good on your own, you’re going to need to set alarms, grind money at lvl80, cause you’ll only be seeing 14k gold attacks, and be ready to watch the same ads over and over to compensate for everything else.

Watching ads to speed things up is unnecessary, as you will not be leveling things up fast enough to need it.

The game itself has good content and easy to understand. Great mechanics and graphics, with versatile and creative towers/ units.

Huge downside: major connection issues. In my house I have a router on the east, and west side. Regardless of how strong my signal is to the router, it’s has “connection issues” and reverts my back to the title screen. I used a stop watch to time the intervals and it was roughly every 5-8 minutes where it would “loose connection” (air quotes because my cell still showed WiFi signal and my other games worked fine). I spend more time watching the game load than I do playing it.

Side note I use Comcast and have high speed internet specifically for gaming. I don’t pay $150 a month for nothing. Get your game fixed please maybe make it so the game doesn’t require constant connection, or at least can refresh itself without going back to the title screen.

I have been playing Royal Revolt 2 for quite some time now and I have to say, it's an amazing game. The graphics are great, the gameplay is engaging and the in-app purchases are fair. However, I recently got banned from the game and it was a huge disappointment.

I had spent hundreds of dollars on in-app purchases and had put a lot of time and effort into building my account. I was shocked when I found out that my account had been banned without any prior warning or explanation.

I contacted the support team and they told me that multiple accounts had been detected, but I can assure you that the other accounts were made by mistake when I first started playing the game and are not active. I had only used one account and had not violated any terms of service.

The thing that really upset me is that the developers didn't investigate the matter properly before banning me. They just assumed that I was guilty without even checking the facts. It's a real shame because the game is amazing, but the way they handle account bans is really poor.

In conclusion, I would still recommend the game to others, but be aware that if you ever get banned, the developers may not take the time to investigate the matter before banning you.

There is harassment in this game from one player to another and Flare must fix the problem that allows one player to do multiple fights on another player within a short period of time to the point of harassment. I have been playing this game for years and have spent a few thousand dollars because it’s been so much fun. However there are now some players that are just mean and I hate to think that Flare would allow a good and loyal player to consider leaving the game because of harassing players.
This should be an easy fix.

The game is great! There is nothing wrong with the game other then it’s a bit of a pay-to-win game. It’s good though. But........ you can’t get any piercing damage weapons for your hero. Which is weird, there could be a bow for ranged attacks, because some towers like fire bolt are only effected by ranged attacks. Maybe even a spear you throw at long range and thrust at close range. But still, the game needs ranged weapons for the hero. Everything else is fine. I mean seriously. You have runes, more then 3 damage types, forging. There are SO many cool things it’s ridiculous. Anyone that complains about something stupid like waiting to upgrade, they shouldn’t, there isn’t anything bad about a little pay-to-win guys I deal with it 24/7. Other then the hero being melee the game is great! Everyone needs this game😁

I like the game. It has a lot of things to keep you busy but I don’t like that it does not have a warning that you clicked on something that is going to spend your gems(the pay to win item of this game). I tried to look in settings for an option but there really aren’t any settings anyway.

I mistakenly tapped a gem costing item because I was rushing through my upgrade area finishing upgrades that had completed before I had to get back to work and it popped a gem costing speed up on a building and just took my gems without warning. That’s the worst...

Other than that it’s a fine game.

I like a tower defense that has a more permanent spin with a little RPG on the side so this is perfect. Been playing for a few days now and I so far greatly enjoy this . I only have two things I would like added to it. The main one is the tower defense portion, while it does have waves of troops which I can understand, it does not have a bunker or guard tower. I think any kingdom would have a forward defense tower full of troops to relay attacks and delay the enemy so a tower that has a certain number of troops to patrol an area would be good. The second one I am about to talk about that I just am slightly uncertain about wanting to add, although it would be nice, is a class system for the hero/king. So far we have a stereotypical King Arthur who has kingly duties, but also likes to fight up close with a sword and axe, but can’t you alternatively have a King/Archer (arrow storm), King/Bard (Damage/Defense buff), or (my favorite) King/Necromancer (resurrect enemy troops)? I also like this because it would work well with certain map/troop skins. I am a bit uncertain about this because I feel this might be problematic trying to program all this in.

It's even more interactive than the first one and the updates they are adding make it even better. Lots of games go for a "build and defend your fort" type of approach but this is the first one I've seen that does it right! I like the way they made another aspect of the game without completely changing the original formula. Of course every game has a few bugs but I've been seeing a problem where when you try to watch an ad to reduce the wait for something it will let you watch the whole thing, the screen will go blank and you will have to close the tab and you used two minutes of your time to reduce thirty minutes and nothing whatsoever happened. All I'm saying is if you're going to implement that feature do it right. Not sure if it's only for mobile but it's still a great game!

This is the first review I’ve ever written this game is very fun I’ve had it for about 5 days I can’t think of any problems that ruin the game sometimes I get disconnected and have to restart but that’s not so bad I’m sure creating and maintaining a game is difficult the only other thing that comes to mind is the AD watching limit like I will literally sit and watch AD after AD if it means progressing and it has sped things up a lot. now I understand that if there’s not a limit then people like me will watch for hours at a time lol anyways it’s a very fun game and my issues are only opinion based I prefer to play games the way they’re designed because that’s how it’s seen in the creators mind I don’t want to hate on it for minor inconveniences ya know keep up the hard work:) I’m giving it only 4 stars because when the “watch an add” button turns gray I get sad lol anyways very fun game I plan on playing it everyday I hope to see you release some cool updates soon!

Here is what I have experienced:
I had an issue with transferring an account. So I sent in my request and immediately got back the robot email with a case #. Within 24 hours just as the robot said, a real person emailed me back!

She walked me through what was needed and after I did what she was asked, they came through and completed my request.

Also I have noticed when playing the game, when rewards or something has glitched and not been delivered. I log in the next day and every single person in the game receives a message apologizing about missed rewards and everyone gets free chests! In 6 months that I’ve played I’ve seen this twice. So it’s not common but, apparently when enough people complain they roll out global chests!

This game is being updated more than any game I’ve ever played! A few don’t like the updates, but most people seem to be enjoying them. Nothing much worse than playing a stale game that hasn’t been updated in over a year... RR2 is being cared about by its developers.

Not sure why some crying about customer service here. RR2 has the best CS I have ever seen. And I’ve played many games.

i kinda just love how this game works, and ive been playing for several years (this is a bit loose, since ive quit this game for VERY long periods of time, and switched devices and stuff lol, but yeah i came back around two weeks ago). its just very fun and satisfying to play. one of my concerns is that some old things like the pro leagues arent available anymore, and this was the main way to get pro items, which are the best in the game. i want to try the nemesis pal, but i cant since the pro leagues arent here anymore. i honestly dont care though, cuz i still enjoy phoebe and aska. also, some pro items are still available since you can get pro chests from events and daily rewards which is nice. you can also get them from the magical market once you get potions (which is where i got my pro pals i think). anyways, i just think this game is extremely fun in general, and definitely deserves 5 stars in my opinion

I like this game and been playing for couple yrs now. They have good rpg style and strategy in one game. Good balance and all. Constant update keeps the game better and better. For example they didnt have any weapon in the beginning and added recently. Pls keep update going, i just wish u gave more workers or less build time. Thx for great game.
- update: it starts crashing and there is no change on my phone side (same phone, no sw update). It crashes randomly: sometimes doesnt crash for days and today just crashed 3 times in a row. I lose battle, ranking, and fight chance in alliance war. If crash doesnt get fixed soon, i cant play and cant recommend this game.

This game is absolutely beautiful. The graphics are actually good, the characters are wacky and are smoothly animated, and the gameplay is great. There aren’t any sort of pay to win gaps that prevent you from reaching the leaderboards, and the alliance feature really kicks up your rewards. The gems and special currency are so easy to collect that you can just kiss the shop goodbye for the rest of your life, and the pets and guardians make things easier. I honestly think this game deserves to be rated top mobile game of the year, as it is one of the best if not the best mobile games out there. Only suggestion is to add a feature that removes the Royal Advisor from the side of the screen while performing an action that isn’t during a battle. Keep up the great work flaregames!

I am a handicapped 64 year old retired man. I play Royal Revolt 2 for hours daily. I've been playing for 6 months and absolutely love the game. Offense, defense, strategy, choice of armor, weapons, spells are all at your fingertips. You can fight independent or join an alliance. I am the leader of an alliance that consists mainly of Philippino young men and a women in their early twenties. I have a young girl from Germany, a young man from Vietnam and a youth from Mexico City. I feel like they are my children. Lol. Give the game a chance and you won't regret it. Also tech support is incredible. This game rocks.

I really enjoy this game, but the time it takes to upgrade buildings and defense towers is ridiculous. Level 3 crossbow tower, 3,000,000$-which is hard to get in normal game play-tournaments have better pay outs but less trophies won, and 4 days to upgrade.

You have to find a good live guild with at least 15 active players to compete in the guild war. Keep all your men updated so your defense is stable with your building power.

You will hit a point when you feel like quitting because you can't level up anything and will lose quite a few battles. I went offline for about 6 months and then came back to it and have been playing everyday since. Just keep playing through this spell and then you will be able to win the money and trophies to level up everything and win trophies.

I played this game a couple of years ago but eventually stopped because i grew apart from it but it was fun when I was consistently playing it back then. I now recently rebought the game and the feeling of learning how to play along with that prior experience to help me along the way gives it such a nostalgic feel. The game was fun then and is still fun now so if your debating weather to buy this game or not then you should. You are the king of this kingdom and in order to grow yours then you gotta fight other kingdoms. Wait till you start leveling up and seeing how your kingdom went from nothing to everything you could ever imagine it to be, you’ll get attached. It ain’t get no 4.7 rating for no reason, it’s the real deal. Lastly it would be really nice if the developers could add some different controls like arrows or rotation instead of having to click the exact spot of where you want to go, it’ll make things easier.

I have finally found this game, I played the first one MANY MANY YEARS AGO and I found it and so I saw this one and I was asking myself, where’s the first one, and so I saw the first one finally and I saw that it needed updating so my iOS device can play it, so I am begging you, please updated but don’t change it so you can bring my dream a reality cause I have been searching for this for a LONG TIME, so please, help someone who has a dream of playing a child hood game and reality once more.

Hey, I played the original royal revolt a long time ago when I was younger and I was wondering if you guys could bring it back to RoyalRevolt2 Store. I absolutely loved and enjoyed playing that game and was sad when it said that it needs an update to be able to be played on my current version of iOS. I know you guys have probably discarded that game(considering that the last update was 7 years ago)but I would be overjoyed if you would bring the game back and I’m sure that I’m not the only one either. If you ever see this I want to thank you for creating royal revolt and royal revolt 2 is an amazing game itself!
