Wrong phone numbers appear when I try to log in
I needed to talk to a Ford Interest Advantage customer service rep - I talked to several different people - never could talk to right person in 15 to20 minutes!!!!

I have a FIA account. I know this is not a Ford Credit app or FordPass app, so I’m not confused. For Ford Interest Advantage account owners, this app is only good for viewing your accounts balance and maybe depositing checks, but I’ve never tried that. You can’t transfer funds between accounts, like you can on the website.
Also, the app forces you to login with a password, every time. You cannot use face recognition. So on top of being functionally useless, it’s difficult to use as well.
It seems like people have been complaining about this app for many years, with no improvement. So if you have a Ford interest advantage account, recognize that you will only be able to check balances and not much else.

So my account was locked out because it only gave me a couple try’s to enter my complicated password which the app doesn’t let me view the characters to make sure I entered it correctly.
So my account is locked. They give me a number to call, it’s Friday and they aren’t open until Monday.
I get an email saying I can go online and unlock my account, when I try to do so they reject my email and password again.
As soon as I get access to my money again, I’m going to start looking for a new bank to work with. I don’t appreciate I’m locked out of my money for four days and they are rejecting my email even though it’s the same address that their message was sent to.
I will accept a lower interest rate for 24/7 customer service, and website that works properly, FDIC insurance

You know it’s one of a kind when support says to use your phone browser as the solution. Security is so strong I can’t answer the automated questions produced by some tool based on my life background, and no one can reset the app to let me try again.
The positive is I will save more due to frustrations with the app, and money will be safe since I can’t log in myself from the app.
